13 money mistakes that would
Keep you broke and poor forever.

Money Mistake 1
Never borrow money that accrues interest to start a business . That is to say, never borrow money to start a business expecting that the business will generate income to pay back the borrowed money plus the interest.

13 money mistakes that would keep you broke and poor, forever

Money Mistake 2
Never spend money you haven't received. Don't even promise someone money based on a promise you have from someone else.

If someone tells you: "Moses, come to my office tomorrow at 9 am and pick KSh30,000", don't go out to buy items on credit based on this promise, with the hope that you will pay off your creditor when the promised money comes; it may not come as promised and this will leave you in problems with your creditors.

Money Mistakes 3
If you want to save, whenever you receive money, don’t start spending hoping that you’ll save what remains.

Normally what remains is zero because as long as money to spend is available, the numerous things you can spend it on are also available. And things to spend on even incite their 'relatives' so that you spend even more than you had planned.

When money to spend is not available, we naturally find a way of doing without it. That's why I've learnt to save with an investment club. Once I send money there I assume I no longer have it.

Before you spend any money, put your savings aside then spend what is left after saving.

Money Mistake 4
When you get an opportunity to meet a very wealthy person, never ask for money. Ask for ideas on how to make money. They may even choose to give you money on their own after seeing that your ideas are great, but let getting money from them never be your objective.

Money Mistake 5
Keeping your seed instead of planting it. Many people stop at saving. It's very, very difficult to save and have all you need to maintain your lifestyle especially after retirement.

When you save, your savings are seed; plant it. When you just keep the seed (saving money) some seeds begin to die (eaten by inflation and the like). That's why I recommend that you read about the different types of investment vehicles you can use to grow your savings.

I am not necessarily talking about putting the money in a business, because you can easily lose money in business. I am talking about putting it in an investment.

Money Mistake 6
Never lend someone money you are not willing to lose. By the time you lend someone money, be contented in your heart that should the person fail to pay, you will not die. You should not even lose that person's friendship if they fail to repay the money you lent them.

If you feel the person might fail to pay you and this will not affect your relationship with them, then lend them money.

If their failure to pay would make you hate this person’s entire clan, please advise the person to go to the bank.

Money Mistake 7
Never append your signature to guarantee someone on a financial matter if you are not willing or able to pay the money on their behalf. Do I have to explain that one? No, it's self-explanatory.

Money Mistake 8
Avoid keeping money you don't intend to use in the short-term within easy reach.

For instance, don’t walk with KSh 10,000 in your pocket when all you plan to do in a day costs KSh 2,000.

Like I mentioned in Money Mistake 3, there are always expenses available to gobble any money that is within reach, so if you don't want to lose it, put it away in a safe place.

Money Mistake 9
Avoid keeping money in inappropriate places e.g. in socks, under the pillow, in a pit, in the sitting room, in the bra, in a travel bag that you will place somewhere in a bus ... impulse buying is a devil that will keep you busy!

Money Mistake 10
Spending money on an item that you can do without (at least for the time being).

These days when I pick money from my pocket or wallet, before paying for something I ask myself: What would happen if I didn’t buy this?

If I find I can live with the consequences of not having that thing, I smile and walk away.

Money Mistake 11
Paying an amount for something that's not the minimum you can get that same value for.

In other words, if you are along Moi Avenue and you pay KSh 5,000 for a shoe that you can get at KSh 3,000 at Marikiti market, that's a money mistake except for those who have achieved financial freedom.

Money Mistake 12
Consistently spending all you earn or more than you earn. It's like having a drum where you have an inlet that's smaller than the outlet. It will never get full. And should the inlet ever reduce significantly the drum will run dry.

If you do it the other way round and the inlet is bigger, it will get full and even overflow.

Hence, we have to always ensure we are widening the inlet while narrowing the outlet – all the time. Your side hustle comes in handy!

Money Mistake 13:
Thinking about short-term only and forgetting about long-term or thinking about the long-term and forgetting about the short-term.

For instance, Wanjiku was told that there's money in land. She saved money over a long period of time and bought 30 acres of land.

Now she has the land but she is always broke. She is always complaining. She's disgruntled and she doesn't seem to see herself earning from the land in the near future.

Now, let's ask ourselves: Having 30 acres of land and no money to feed your family or take a child to hospital, is that wealth or poverty?

I think Wanjiku only looked at long-term needs and forgot that she has short-term needs that require money. What of those who find they are one paycheck away from salary? Are they thinking about the long-term needs?

Let’s take stock of our finances. How many mistakes are you guilty of? Do you now feel better-equipped to do better with these tips?

Good luck, savers! Share this knowledge with your friends because it will not benefit you if you are selfish with it.

Many ladies always ask, "how can I know that a guy loves me?"
Many ladies have lost good guys because they cannot identify good guys. Although guys can pretend, but you can identify a fake guy and you can know whether a guy loves you or not in the following ways:

1. A fake guy will demand for sex. A real guy will also demand for sex. But a fake guy will quit the relationship if you refuse to have sex with him, while a real guy will not quit even if you don't give him sex.

2. A fake guy shows love and care. A real guy also shows love and care. But watch out! A fake guy will stop to be caring if you commit any offense, but a real guy never stops being caring no matter your offense.

3. A real guy will not like to leave you no matter the situation.

4. A real guy that truly loves you will always apologise even if it is not his fault.

5. Fake guys pamper ladies. Real guys also pamper ladies too. But if a guy pampers you to the extreme, hmm don't trust him. In most cases, fake guys pampers ladies more than the real guys.

6. When a guy uses too many sweet words all the time, be careful. He may be fake. Real guys that truly love u will use few sweet words.

7. A real guy that truly loves you will be very concerned about your problems. He will always show much concern about the causes and solutions to your problems. But a fake guy only shows more concern about his own problems.

8. A real guy will spend money on you. Fake guy will also spend money on you. But a fake guy will not give you much money unless you have sex with him. No sex, no money. Fake love.

9. A fake guy will promise to marry you. A real guy will also promise to marry you. But a real guy will always discuss with you about how to build a successful marriage.

10. A real guy can kneel down and even shed tears to beg you never to lose him. A fake guy who does not love you will not do that.

I spent some time reading through comments about this tragedy on our Amisom comrades, I wondered if some ugandans use their own heads or they are rented. If they also have brains or they use polege.

"Kabakalabe who sent them there?" One said. "They are serving M7 demands tebanaba" another commented, "only 45? wish they were 100 and they learn lessons" another chap stated, "how come its only Ugandan army there in somalia?" One said....and many other obliqous statements.

Now let me educate you fellas a bit about Amison and reason why they are in somalia. It's not only Uganda there, there other African Union Countries.

Uganda - 6,223 army and 201 police
Burundi - 5,432 army
Ethiopia - 4,395 army
Kenya - 3,664 army
DJibuti - 2000 army
Nigeria - 200 police
Ghana - 56 police

Am sure u remember in 2010 when AlShabab militants bombed ugandans in Lugogo and Killed 76 people how else would you wish the families feel justice if we don't persue these terrorist to their operations center?? That's why Uganda kept sending more troops.

AMISOMI is mandated to support transitional governmental structures, implement a national security plan, train the Somali security forces, and to assist in creating a secure environment for the delivery of humanitarian aid. It is approved and funded by United Nations and African Union.

Soldiers sacrifice 80% of their personal life to serve a nation, When we lose one it's a total tragedy

RIP Comrades. U died for the right cause.

🔞How To Make SEX Enjoyable At Night

1. Take a cold bath and get into your bedroom.
2. Try and switch off the television and radio to stop you from noise... so you can feel the spirit.
3. Switch on the fan or A.C to ventilate the room.
4. Now sit/lay in your bed for a good position.
5. Be in your underwear and cover your legs to your chest with only cloth or blanket.
6. Take your Bible and read from John chapter 3:3
7. After that, close your Bible, meditate, pray and sleep.
Do that daily because Jesus is coming very soon, so be serious with your Christian walk with GOD!
Thanks for your time. I know if I hadn't used "SEX", you wouldn't have bothered reading it. 😁😁
I don't want you to miss Heaven because I love you, but God loves you more. Nice day.
I pray
May you and family not miss heaven in Jesus name Amen. Type Amen and Share

🍅A teacher asked her students to bring some tomatoes in a plastic bag to school.
🍅Each tomato was to be given the name of a person whom that child hates.
🍅So, the number of tomatoes would be equal to the number of persons they hate.
🍅On a pre-determined day, All the children brought their tomatoes well addressed.
🍅Some had two, some had three and some had five, some even had 20 tomatoes in accordance with the number of people they hated.
🍅The teacher then told them they had to carry the tomatoes with them everywhere they go for two weeks.
🍅As the days passed the children started to complain about the decay and smell of the tomatoes.
🍅The students who had many tomatoes complained it was very heavy to carry and the smell was too much.
🍅After a week, the teacher asked the students “How did you feel this week?”
🍅The children complained of the awful smell and heavy weight of the tomatoes, especially those who carried several tomatoes.
🍅The teacher said, “This is very similar to what you carry in your heart when you don’t like some people.
🍅Hatred makes the heart unhealthy and you carry that hatred everywhere.
🍅If you can’t bear the smell of spoilt tomatoes for a week, imagine the impact of bitterness on your heart as you carry it daily.”
🍅The heart is a beautiful garden that needs regular cleaning of unwanted weeds.
🍅 Forgive those who have angered you.
🍅This makes room for storing good things.
🍅Get Better, Not Bitter!!!

AIthough you may not usually forward text messages, this one makes sense. So forward it to someone or group. They might be motivated to let go and cleanse their hearts 💕 !!!!!
Love everyone😘

If you love me forward it to me
