State Minister for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs Hon. Kyofatogabye Kabuye presided over the graduation of the Smart Up beneficiaries who have been training in various vocations eg. baking, cosmetology among others.

At the same event, the Minister launched a Solar Baking Vocation where Youth will be skilled in using solar technology as a Climate Smart alternative to bake cakes, bread and other pastries.
All this happened at the KCCA Kabalagala One Stop Youth Center.
