My take
Pineapples are a fruit which contain vitamins like vitamin C, so hypervitaminosis although very very rare can be possible but that would have to be on the extreme consumption side. What's more worrying about pineapples would be if your allergic to it or its bromelain content which is quite acidic in nature. This might in turn worsen or bring on heart burn, acid reflux, tongue, mouth or throat burning irritation and ulcers. This however depends on how much and how you eat it. If you are prone to being disturbed by pineapple, you could try combining it with another food especially protein food instead of eating it on its own.

My take
I can see you already have a form of plan in place and that's great. Strategyand action is what lie between a goal and it's realisation. A tip I would give to gaining weight is to identify any sources of intense or high energy demanding activity in your day. Then reduce these if you can to become more relaxed and eat high and highly refined carbohydrate and fat foods right before these high energy activities on top of your other regular meals in the day. These carbohydrate and fat foods can include butter, cheese, bread, porridge, posho, chapatis and many more. Thanks..

My take
The weight management equation will always stand, that if you want to gain weight, the calories from food you take into your body should be way higher than those that you use or eject out of the body for example in doing work and etc. That means from where you're at now, increasing the frequency that is how many times you eat in a day would help, you might want to double the nunber of times you've been eating, for example if you've been eating four meals a day, make them 8 this time, at every meal, make sure the amount of food you have been eating is also doubled. Endeavour to have more starchy foods and refined foods are allowed more frequently during this time until you reach your target weight. Try that consistently. Thanks
