The first thing to do is don’t panic. Remain calm and seated. You are going to have to break the window out because the battery will short out and you will not be able to roll the window down. If the window is above the water level then break the window and climb out. If it is below the water level, Let the car fill up with water so the pressure is equalized, and when there is just a small gap of air at the top of the car, then take your seat belt clip, grip it firmly and use it to break the side window. You can also use your head rest pull it out of the back of the seat and use the pointed end of the metal rods to break the window. Float yourself out of the window then follow the bubbles to the surface. If you have taken a deep breath before breaking the window you should have at least two minutes of air in your lungs. If you do not panic and you keep your head you should have plenty of time to reach the surface. use your headrest to breaking your auto windows.

I’d like your definition of “no oil”. It will self destruct within a minute or two if it has zero oil.
But let’s assume it is low on oil, or something like that. If it is nearing the low mark, and a store is not too far, just drive it. If further, get a ride to the store Shell for an oil top up and varify the reason for no oil.
And would need to know your definition of “old oil”.
• If you mean obsolete oil that has been sitting around, nope, it will probably kill your catalytic converter, or build sludge in the Engine will will cause quick engine damage since it no longer has the lubricating and cooling properties.
• If you mean used oil, it’s not recommended in anyway for there is fatal damaging of the engine in a short and long run.Any oil that has been in anything is contaminated. The particles between 5 and 15 microns thick are the most dangerous (a human hair is 80 µm, and anything under 40 µm is invisible to the human eye). particles under 5 µm can circulate without damage. particles over 15 µm will get caught in the oil filter after a 15 to 20 minutes of running (although doing damage in that time).
Oil is the life blood of the engine. Would you put water in your veins, or dirty blood from someone else?
Every week as I write up the comments and recommendations, I see the damage that dirty oil has caused, and try to get people to follow procedures.
Final remarks,do yourself a favor and put in clean Engine oil of the recommended viscosity/grade since oil is cheaper than the cost of your car and it’s a machine you drive against your life.
