1. *Fashion and design* she must be a holder of CCTE/DDTE, must be able to handle both theory and practical.

2. *Catering and hotel management* must be a diploma holder but degree is an added advantage and should be able to teach all course units.

3. *Early Child Development (ECD)* must be a diploma holder but degree is an added advantage and should be able to teach all course units.

4. *Hair dressing* must be a diploma holder but a degree is an added advantage and should be able to handle both theory and practical.

5. *Secretarial* must be a degree holder but a degree is an added advantage and should be able to teach all course units.

6. *Cosmetology* must be a diploma holder but a degree is an added advantage and should be able to handle both theory and practical.

7. *Human resource management* must be a diploma holder but a degree is an added advantage and should be able to teach all course units.

8. *Guidance and counseling* must be a diploma holder but a degree is an added advantage and should be able to teach all course units.

The AGM was held on 8th December 2021 where the new board of directors were elected.
Ms. Mpande Flavia still holds the flag as the national president 2021-2025.

One of the activities during the AGM was elections, members present decided through a secret ballot. Ms.Naima, an observer from NAWOU was directly involved in the election process, she happily reported to the general assembly that the election was free and fair.

An equal world is an able world, international theme for the international women's day well as "Celebrating 25 years of the 1995 constitution: milestones on promoting Gender Equality and Women Empowerment in Uganda" is our national theme. YWCA is ready for the national celebrations in Mbale Maluku play grounds. Happy women's day.
It was total joy, the chief guest of honor got carried away by the entertainment and he he joined the dance. Congratulations to all our students who managed to make it.

With the rise in HIV infections among communities in Tororo, Councilor Jessica Ndambiro emphasized the need for parents to play a role in ending stigma among youths and encourage them to stay safe.
