Human Integrity Organisation (Hi) today distributed sanitary pads and underwear to the staff of Koboko Municipal Council, South Division, as part of its ongoing workplace dignity and menstrual health initiative.
The distribution exercise, held at the South Division offices, targeted all female and male staff to support their women, daughters and sisters aimed at promoting menstrual hygiene, reducing workplace absenteeism, and supporting staff welfare.
Speaking during the handover, a representative from Human Integrity Organisation noted, “When we support workers, we strengthen service delivery for the entire community.
We pledge to continue working with local governments to advance gender-responsive workplace practices.

Human Integrity Organisation took the School Girl Talk to Eden Nursery & Primary School.
We had the privilege to train the children in menstrual health, use and maintenance of reusable pads.
We distributed pads & pants to more than 300 beneficiaries; girls and female staff.
We pledge to increase access to menstrual health information and dignity kits for all girls in schools and beyond.
