Launch of the Agricultural financial year book 2020:Government should urgently address issues that place Digital Financial Services transactions under multiple legislations-Dr.Michael Etingi_Ego.Existing legislations should also be reviewed to adequately cover digital agribusiness.

The theme for this Agricultural Financial Year Book 2020:Digitisation and Agricultural financing in Uganda underscores the need to to provide a legal framework that can attract intra-African investments aimed at improving value chain and investment climate within select areas of the agriculture sector.
