Greatly appreciate all the bakers that came for traditional cake decoration workshops, it rained heavily today but it couldn't stop most of them from coming for training different parts of the country..

This was my last public workshop to attend/participate in for the period of 4yrs that we have been organizing this kind of arrangement with Andinda Sarah AS Philo Nabisawa Asiimwe Brian, Jolly Tushemereirwe Irene Ojwee Sumaya Nalukenge other bakers n different sponsors n suppliers for baking ingredients n suppliers.

Part of our agenda was to unite bakers, bridge the gap between beginners in the baking industry n the skilled ones through meeting together, learning n associating together to achieve a common goal. Sharing part our experiences n challenges to build confidence into bakers, cake prices, delivery of cakes, sharing recipes to boost their ability in business....etcs

I continue to appreciate bakers n friends that have it possible🤝🙏, i will be offering more of these trainings but on a private arrangement.

Please... Share. How can I keep my vegs for the week including the leafy ones in the fridge or outside and keep the okay. I usually but on Saturday for the whole week but its disturbing to keep.

Vegetable like protein are denatured at 60 degree centigrade temperature.....it is therefore important not to over cook vegetables.....the vitamins and antioxidants in vegetables are contained in the cuticle of leafy and other vegetables.....the best way to Cook vegetables is to steam or immerse them in boiling water for 10 minutes...remove them with a slotted spoon, and season them to your preference or preserve for later....in this state, vegetables keep well under refrigeration for up to two days.....Happy vegetable cooking....write up by Chef David...
