THE EIGHT TWENTY KITCHENS RESTAURANT INCUBATOR. (Cohort I - June/July 2022).

At Eight Twenty Kitchens, our mission is to make winning at restaurants possible for restaurant operators across Africa and beyond through facilities and tech that make it easier, cheaper, faster, less risky and more profitable to start, run or expand a restaurant.

In a bid to do just that, we are going to be running an incubator program whose intakes vary throughout the year. This is a Virtual and Hybrid program that runs for 6 - 8 weeks covering aspects like Restaurant Finance, Concept development and Culinary Operations, Marketing and Loyalty programs, Sales Channels and Order Fulfillment and so much more.

• Participants will have a chance to refine their concepts throughout the program and some may receive monetary support to bring their concepts to life.
• • Every restaurant operator that graduates from the program and is within operation radius of our food delivery service, gets 6 months commission free delivery. They also get considered first for our commercial kitchen spaces as they roll out in different locations as this program includes on-boarding sessions into the Eight Twenty Kitchens.

• Early Registration fee - $150
• Late Registration fee - $200

• Late registration deadline - 25th June, 2022.
