The ideal Candidate is expected always to;
i. Develop Proposals for our esteemed clients regarding the documentation
ii. Develop the film concept and scenario
iii. Develop script and story board to be used in the videos
iv. Visit project areas of operation
v. Conduct interviews with selected beneficiaries, project team and other stake holders
vi. Film interviews and take pictures of the beneficiaries and other stakeholders (collecting all necessarily consents)
vii. Provide a draft documentary video and short social media videos for review and commentary
viii. Produce final documentary video (10-15 minutes), social media videos (1-1.5 minutes) and project photography upon approval from the Project Management Unit

Able to meet deadlines
Self-driven
Diploma or Bachelors in communication and any other related fields. Any Certification will be of added advantage
Experience in related activities above.

 A minimum degree or diploma in multimedia production with specialized training in motion graphics and animation or any other related training with relevant certifications.
 At least five years of experience in undertaking motion graphics design and animation projects.
 Proficiency in advanced platforms like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Nuke, etc.

 At least five years of experience in undertaking photography projects.
 An expert understanding of different photography cameras and gear.
 A high level of knowledge of the art of photography, composition, and lighting.

 Knowledge of relevant video editing platforms.
 A strong understanding of editing theory and digital assets.
 A creative mind for storytelling and problem-solving.
 Ability to execute any additional post-production roles like motion graphics and/or coloring.

 A minimum degree or diploma in multimedia production or related training with relevant certifications.
 At least two years of experience in undertaking videography projects.
 Knowledge of audio recording and sound design.
 Familiarity with all manner of microphones and mixers

 An expert understanding of different film and video cameras and associated gear, and lighting equipment.
 A high level of knowledge of the art of videography, composition, and lighting.
 Strong communication skills.

A minimum degree in Mass Communications with a bias to broadcast media or related training with certifications.
 At least five years of experience in undertaking videography projects.
 Strong communication skills.
 Pre-production skills for organizing a videography project including scripting, scheduling, and budgeting.
 Experience in consolidating and organizing all the relevant footage and assets needed for a project.

A minimum degree in Mass Communications or Diploma in Multimedia Production or any other related training with relevant certifications.
 At least three years of experience in undertaking videography projects.
 A strong past production portfolio with a great deal of film and video knowledge in all parts of production.
 Strong communication skills to work with cast and crew.
 A creative mind and quick thinking for creative direction on the production set.
