Spitz

The miniature spitz has a cheerful, playful disposition, excellent hearing and a loyal character. Despite their small stature, Spitz can stand up for themselves, they are not timid and even brave. Spitz loves movement, walks and games. Moderate physical activity is important for the dog's health and entertainment. The Pomeranian can play with children, it is active and energetic, but at the same time it does not cause much trouble, as it listens to its owner. The breed is distinguished by intelligence and devotion, eager to please the owner.

The main color of spotted dogs is white, the spot should be located on a white background. Color spots should be of the same color, or black, or brown, or wolfish, or orange, or orange-sable, or cream, or cream-sable, preferably their distribution throughout the body

The skull of the breed is medium, the head is wedge-shaped and narrows to the end of the nose. Muzzle of medium length, not pointed. The nose and lips are black, in brown spitz black-brown. The jaws are developed with a scissor-like bite, a slight absence of premolars is allowed. A direct bite is also allowed. The eyes are dark and almond-shaped.

During the reign of Queen Victoria, in 1870, spitz came from England to Europe, where work began on creating a dwarf form, improving the "clothes" of the Pomeranian and giving it a general expressiveness.
