American former professional boxer and world champion Terence “Bud” Crawford, widely regarded as one of the greatest fighters in boxing history, has announced an unforgettable adventure to Tanzania, where he will visit some of the country’s most iconic destinations.

Crawford, the first male boxer in history to become a three-weight undisputed world champion, retired undefeated in 2025 after an extraordinary career in which he won all 42 of his professional fights, including 31 by knockout.

During his visit to Tanzania, the boxing legend is set to explore some of the country’s most celebrated attractions, including the Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Zanzibar, and Mount Kilimanjaro.

Nicknamed “Bud,” Crawford competed professionally from 2008 to 2025, capturing 18 major world titles across five weight classes, from lightweight to super middleweight. His achievements include undisputed championships at light welterweight, welterweight, and super middleweight, cementing his place among boxing’s all-time greats.

In the four-belt era, Crawford made history as the first male boxer to become undisputed champion in two and then three different divisions, and the first to achieve undisputed status in both the light welterweight and welterweight categories.

Over the course of his remarkable career, Crawford defeated some of boxing’s biggest names, including Canelo Alvarez and Amir Khan, further strengthening his legacy as one of the sport’s most dominant champions. 10/05/2026
