The organization was founded by loy meshack Costa for aim of supporting needs of needs children The student population increased quickly from 10 to 50 students.

Sidai Community Foundation is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-political organization established by Loy Meshack Costa in January 2014 and is situated in Arusha Region at Morombo.
