各位支持桃園國際的球迷們好，因今年木蘭聯賽的賽制改變，讓有任何有興趣加入這個舞台的隊伍透過挑戰賽來加入，刺激新的火花。在今年的2月19日，桃園國際對上了新成立的Mars足球隊，很遺憾，這比賽我們輸了，也代表著今年不會再看到桃園國際的身影在木蘭舞台。一個球隊從無到有，相信大家都知道是多麽的辛苦，從縣市政府、體育局、球團的老闆、贊助商等，一路走來真的很不容易，很可惜就這樣沒了。輸球是應該要好好檢討、面對，當機會還在手裡時，真的要珍惜、感謝一切，因為永遠不知道未來會發生什麼事。謝謝教練團、隊友為了挑戰賽的付出，去年走的較辛苦，但始終沒有放棄，舞台永遠是留給準備好的人。過去的三個賽季很開心有機會參與桃園國際女足這個大家庭，這些日子裡讓我學習、成長許多，謝謝球團、球迷們一直以來對我們的支持，期待未來再相遇。最後也恭喜Mars足球隊挑戰成功，享受這個舞台。

To all the fans, TMFL originally scheduled three matches in May, due to Covid-19 being more serious in Taiwan, the matches have been postponed.

At this point, all we can do:
1. Wear a mask and wash your hands frequently.
2. Try to avoid entering and leaving public places.
3. Pay attention to your own health at any time, and seek medical attention immediately if you have symptoms.

Last week was a tough loss game, but the process felt really good. My teammates are trying their best with the tactics and adapting to it. I'm sure we'll get there as time moves on. No one wanted to give up at any moment of the game, and with this faith and spirit, I'm sure it'll just get better sooner or later.
Want to apologize to my teammates and coaches, I didn't protect myself enough, shouldn't have got hurt like that. To the staff from the mulan league, sorry for making you guys worried as well, but to me, this is all just part of the game. I will come back stronger and ready to fight again!!

原先覺得對於這場比賽已經準備好了，因為有充分的練習與準備，但在開賽15分鐘就落後三球。足球是一項團體項目，需要大家有共同的目標，能讓大家聚在一起練習是件不容易的事，必須要一同克服。除了開賽的失球以外，過程中有一些好的連結，這些一定要繼續維持，才有辦法繼續成長。
另外，也很開心看到近幾年練的守門員，花蓮女足，劉頴嘉有機會在59分鐘換下場，這是她第一場木蘭聯賽，很替她感到開心！最後，謝謝從台北到場加油的小球員與家長們！
下一場比賽在5月1日的宜蘭高中足球場，想要經旅行的朋友、球迷們可以考慮到宜蘭唷！

2021 Mulan League Match 2 Result

Inter Taoyuan 0:4 Hualien
This week felt like we were prepared to play, but after 15 minutes of play, we were already down three goals. The lack of concentration is something we definitely need to work on. Soccer is a team sport where everyone needs to be on the same page in order to be successful. Other than the quick three goals, we had some good linkages during the game, this is what we need to do.
At the 59th minutes, I was really happy to watch a play getting substituted on the field. A gk that I've been teaching in recent years, Liu Yin-Chia. She is a young talented player with good potential, this was her first Mulan League game and she did well.
Lastly, a big shout out to my other team that I coach, thank you to the players and parents for traveling to Taoyuan to watch me play.
The next match won't be until May 1st at Yilan. To all the fans and supporters, maybe a little vacation to Yilan would be nice.

今年第一場比賽就慘敗覺得很遺憾。場上不管最後的輸贏，都要表現出100%甚至120%。雖然是第一次正式與隊友磨合，但這樣的結果真的不是太好，相反的，是有很多要努力的空間。每個人都應該扮演好自己的角色，因為這才是team。「懷著信念做戰才有機會成為贏家」。我們會繼續努力練習、修正不好的地方，我也相信很快就會看到不同的成效，調整好再從新出發！

The first game of the season with a disappointing result. Everyone should give not just 100% but 120% whether you are on the winning side or the losing side. This might be the first "real" game for our team, but this kind of result is unacceptable, at least on my part. But on the other hand, there is a lot of room for the team and myself to improve throughout the season. Everyone should play their own role to their best, this is what we call TEAM. We will continue to work hard, adjust our weaknesses and come out ready this upcoming Saturday!

Back to work after the Chinese New Year!
A fresh new start with 2021 Mulan League kicking off.
Lots of changes this year with different challenges.

上週六在八度的淡水完成了2021年淡水區的草根足球節！！
很謝謝志全教練的邀約，讓我可以參與將近兩百多小朋友草根足球活動。
其實草根足球活動的意義很多，全世界都在舉辦如此的活動。
或許台灣的足球環境不是最好的，但絕對也不是最差的。
大家抱持共同的目標，就是期許整體足球環境能夠更好。
紮根基層足球運動不是件容易的事，也絕對不能忽視。
辛苦當天的統籌，志全教練、以及到場協助的教練團、竹圍國中、新市國小、Athleta、後援會、志工以及各位小朋友與家長！！

Last Saturday, I was really happy to have the chance to participate in CTFA Tamsui's Grassroots Football Festival. With almost 200 participants in the grassroots event was just an amazing feeling, because they are the future. All around the world, Fifa has been promoting and emphasizing the importance of grassroots. Taiwan may not be the best environment in football, but everyone is working as one to make Taiwan a better place and environment for the future. A big shout out to Coach Chang for inviting me to join. And of course, thank-you to all the coaches that participated in the event, different schools that were involved and their fan clubs, Athleta, volunteers, and to all the participants and their parents!
Working together to make Taiwan Football proud!

今天來跟大家分享一下文章 - 臺灣的足球。

足球是一項團體項目，需要靠大家一條心來完成目標
理當來說，要思考團隊要什麼，其次才為個人
對於守門員來說，如何不讓對方進球絕對是歸功於整個團隊。

文中提到，「身為選手，認真努力是基本不需要拿出來講，但更重要的是要去思考，團隊需要什麼樣的球員？」
這句話敘述的很好，對於我來說，競技舞台是非常現實與殘酷的，強者生存， 認真努力真的是基本，必須要自律、自我要求及良好的時間分配。

其實足球教會我，在不同階段面臨的挑戰與壓力都是過程，如何把它如預期的完成與解決才是最重要的。

如果現在的你也在面臨不同的壓力，學習如何接受這個挑戰，因為壓力成長的關鍵是目標與風險決策，經歷成長中的關鍵是行動與體驗，而成長的過程中唯一不可替代的就是經歷。

2020年中華民國足球協會-「年度頒獎典禮 (木蘭聯賽）」

今年很謝謝教育部體育署、中華民國足球協會、籌備木蘭比賽的所有人，以及所有的參賽隊伍，可以在Covid-19時期踢球、比賽，是件很幸福的事情，大家都辛苦了。

首先，恭喜花蓮隊 - 朱教練獲得最佳教練，這個賽季以14勝1和的戰績拿下總冠軍。恭喜詩萍獲得年度最佳球員，以及汶琳的9次助攻，成為助攻王！

恭喜台中藍鯨 - 恭喜欣玄以21顆進球拿下金靴獎！

恭喜台北熊讚 - 恭喜涵靖以出賽766分鐘，8顆失球獲得金手套，以及團隊公平競爭獎。

最後，要特別提到一位很優秀的老師，很慶幸自己在師大時有機會修到老師的課 - 林德嘉教授。恭喜老師獲得，終身貢獻獎！！林德嘉教授曾任中華民國足球協會秘書長，擔任秘書長期間，創立城市足球聯賽，將地方與頂級聯賽結合，並大力支持國家代表隊積極出賽國際賽事，並爭取足球進入黃金計畫遴選好手出國培訓。很謝謝老師長期對足球的付出！！

近幾個月都在忙寫論文、文章。研究生是個漫長、枯燥乏味的過程，但好在研究的是自己有興趣的領域。

寫作遇到瓶頸時，有本書給了我一些想法，這種感覺真的是太棒了！！其中，這本書的作者之一是位很照顧整個足球環境的資深媒體大哥，很感謝他把台灣足球的過程呈現出來，也謝謝他一直努力的在為足球付出。

這本書名叫「台灣足球60年」。

不管你是熱愛足球的，或是想了解台灣足球都可以購入此書！希望大家可以繼續用不同的方式來支持台灣足球。

Coming to the end of the 2020 Mulan League. It's been a wild run with CornaVirus and all, but so proud of all the staff that was involved with the Mulan League. They made it impossible into possible by still have 15 matches and a league cup. Having the chance to play during this time was just incredible. Thank-you.

很開心女足的大家終於做到了！
是一個開始，也是個直得被紀念的一天。
史上首個由女性及業餘運動員所組成的運動員工會團體 ！TWFPA ~ 台灣女足球員工會正式成立！
很開心兩天前由台北市勞動局陳局長頒授工會證書，宣布台灣女足球員職業工會正式成立！！未來針對女性運動員權益問題、EQUAL PAY，以及各項女子運動員待遇的改善都不用太擔心，因為整個環境都在改變中，成為女足球員最大的後盾。
在這個過程中，很謝謝協助女足球員工會成立的每個人，當然也要謝謝職棒球員工會在過程中的指導，以及立法委員賴香伶、劉世芳在籌備初期的支持，主管機關台北市勞動局的輔導與還有范雲委員辦公室的協助，最後是在記者會出席的職棒工會理事長周思齊。
