我們很高興在今年六月迎來 .tw 加入 MAC。
在 6 月 1 日(MAC Social Loop) 與 6 月 3 日(Fast Track),跑者將有機會在訓練前後嘗Betery能量果膠PRO,簡單感受它在真實訓練中的使用方式。
比賽是你自己定義的 —— 你付出多少,就會收穫多少。
天氣會變熱、會變潮濕,而在關鍵時刻,正確的補給或許能給你多一點推進的力量。對於想在訓練中追求更多的運動員來說,能量膠是一種在強度提升時幫助補充能量的方式。
補給是訓練中很小但很重要的一部分,它能幫助你在更長或更高強度的訓練中維持穩定表現。
這次只是一次體驗的機會,讓你親自感受、了解身體的反應,並找到它是否適合你的訓練方式。

MAC is a community and a running culture that never really leaves you. And, it's always nice to witness this community come together and build something amazing.
Easy pace. Familiar rhythm. Post-run energy still in the air. Nothing extra just connection and time together done right.
What we love most is seeing everyone get to know each other, build friendships, create memories, and feel like they belong. This team, these runners, they are fire.

加入我們特別的 女性限定跑步社群活動(Women’s Run Social),本次與 冰淇淋店合作,一個專為移動身體、連結彼此、放鬆心情而設計的夜晚。
這是一場僅限女性參加的社群跑步活動,以輕鬆自在的 5 公里配速為主,歡迎各種程度的跑者參加——不論你是慢跑、跑步,或只是想享受團體的節奏,都非常適合。重點不是競速,而是社群連結:在週中的夜晚,用一場輕鬆的跑步讓身心重新整理,享受美好的氛圍與陪伴。
跑步結束後,我們將以最療癒的方式收操——享用由 Eee-plant 冰淇淋店提供的冰淇淋甜點,讓每一次努力的跑步都有一個甜美的收尾。

Join us for a special Women’s Run Social in collaboration with Eee-plant Ice Cream Shop — an evening designed to move, connect, and unwind together.
This is a women-only community run built around an easy-going 5K pace, welcoming all levels — whether you’re here to jog, run, or simply enjoy the rhythm of the group. The focus is on community, not competition: a relaxed midweek reset with good energy and great company.
After the run, we’ll cool down the best way possible — with a post-run ice cream treat courtesy of Eee-plant Ice Cream Shop, because every strong run deserves a sweet finish.
✨ Special Offer | Run for Double
On the event night, runners who purchase a single scoop on-site will receive a free upgrade to a double scoop, allowing everyone to enjoy two layers of plant-based flavors after their run.

比賽前的週六早晨,有種說不清楚的感覺。
你不需要證明什麼。腿的狀態還行,緊張感隱隱在背景裡,然後有人遞給你一杯抹茶,突然間一切都好了。
就是這樣。
MAC x .browncafe — Breakfast Club / 台新女子半馬前的 Shakeout Run。我們來了,動了,然後坐下來吃酪梨吐司——好像其中一些人根本沒有剛報名要跑 21k 一樣。
這就是我們的週六。

Something about a Saturday morning before a race.
You're not trying to prove anything. The legs feel okay, the nerves are somewhere in the background, and someone hands you a matcha and suddenly everything feels fine.
That was this.
MAC x Mr. Brown Café — Breakfast Club / Shakeout Run before TaiShin Women's Half. We came, we moved, we sat down and ate avocado toast like some of us hadn't just signed up to run 21k.
This is what Saturday looks like for us.
