Made by hand is not just a slogan for us. This is how we’ve always lived.
We make shoes by hand not because we can’t afford machines, because we believe handmade shoemaking is a craft worth keeping alive.
There is knowledge passed from one pair to another, skills learned through years of repetition, and hands that understand the material in a way no machine can fully replace.
For us, sustainability is NOT ONLY about how long a pair of shoes lasts. It’s about keeping the craft alive, keeping the knowledge moving, and making sure there are still people who know how to do it by hand.
This is how we make shoes. And this is how we want it to continue.
These are all Cognac Cordovan, from the same article, but you can see how different they look.
That’s just how natural leather works, there will always be a little bit of variation.
And honestly, I think that’s part of the fun.

14 years strong. This that we made in 2012 is still serving mahesa indra until today. The materials back then weren't as good as they are today. I'm glad the boots are still standing strong.
Personally, I’d put Cordovan somewhere between calfskin and more casual leathers. It can look very dressy and take a beautiful shine, but it still has a certain character that makes it feel more relaxed than a fine calfskin.
Of course, color, finish, and the design of the shoes can change the overall look.
For me, Cordovan is dressy, but not formal.

We first started making our own leather conditioner back in 2012, mainly because we wanted something we could trust on our own boots.
Since then, we’ve kept tweaking the formula and learning from how it behaves on different leathers.
Made with ingredients from natural sources, including lanolin, shea butter, beeswax, jojoba oil and Vitamin E.
Nothing too complicated. Just the same care we use in-house to keep our own boots in good condition.
Now you can use it on yours too.
