Este kilim tradicional, tejida en İnlice (Konya), presenta un motivo de cuernos de toro que refleja las huellas de un sistema de creencias muy antiguo que se remonta al periodo neolítico.

This traditional kilim woven in İnlice, Konya, features a bull-horn motif that reflects traces of an ancient belief system dating back to the Neolithic era.

In Çatalhöyük’s temples from around 7000 BC, the bull was associated with the Mother Goddess and considered sacred. Today, the continuation of bull-related traditions in some regions of Anatolia shows how these ancient beliefs have survived through time.

En los templos de Çatalhöyük, que datan del 7000 a. C., el toro estaba asociado con la Diosa Madre y era considerado sagrado. Hoy en día, la continuidad de tradiciones relacionadas con el toro en algunas regiones de Anatolia muestra cómo estas creencias ancestrales han perdurado hasta nuestro tiempo.
