Quality Is More Than Just the Product
There is a sentence I hear very often in the corporate gifting industry:

“We make high-quality products.”
And that is great.

But let’s be clear about one thing first.
Product quality is the foundation of this business. If you cannot deliver a great product, nothing else really matters.

For years, we have delivered projects that many suppliers would find difficult to produce. That part is not up for discussion.

However, over time we learned something important:
For customers, quality is not only about the product. It is about the entire experience.
That is why my definition of quality is a little different.
Quality is the ability to reduce your customer’s stress.
When a customer contacts you, they should not have to wait for days.
In many cases, while others are still preparing a quotation, your sample should already be on the customer’s desk.

If you promise a delivery date, that date should not change.
And when a problem appears, you should not hide behind excuses. You should take responsibility and find a solution.
Because at the end of the day, customers are not only looking for a great product.
They want to sleep well at night.
They want to know that their order is under control, that deadlines will be met, and that there is a team ready to solve problems if needed.

Anyone who has worked in this industry knows the feeling:
“I wish there was a magic wand that could make this project ready by tomorrow.”

This is exactly where quality begins.
Because creating a high-quality product is important.
But delivering that product quickly, on time, and with full responsibility is what truly makes the difference.
Maybe this is one of the reasons why today we operate through our own offices in 9 countries around the world.

In corporate gifting, quality is not measured when the order is delivered. It is measured when the customer calls you again for the next project.

Customers want to sleep well at night.

To Imitate or to Be Imitated?

Like in every industry, imitation exists in ours as well perhaps even more than in others. The reason is simple: customers constantly seek products that are different, new, and truly original.
