In the third section of the ’s FLOW Exhibition, visitors experienced TRACE at the opening of Turkey’s most iconic cultural centre, AKM from October 29 to November 14, 2021.
TRACE offers an interactive experience where people guide the sound and visuals representing the future with their body movements, leaving a trace to the future with their momentary acts.
At the end of the FLOW Exhibition, a concave structure made of LED towers offers an interactive experience area. The structure acts as both a mirror and a visual depending on the position of the visitor. This lets people guide the sound and visuals representing the future with their own body movements. Not only do they symbolically contact the future, but also they leave a Trace reaching out to the future with their momentary acts. The end of the experience emphasizes how AKM is an important Trace that will prevail in the FUTURE.

In 2021, MOMENT was part of ’s solo experiential exhibition ‘FLOW’ held at from October 29 to November 14.
Bringing light-sound-motion-space together, the installation weaves AKM’s place in Turkey’s cultural memory, its current rejuvenation, and our collective future into an immersive experience in 3 parts.
In the second section of the FLOW Exhibition, visitors have the chance to experience the MOMENT they are in as they pass through twin LED tower corridors. A spatial choreography, shaped by contemporary expressions in sound — light — space, merges with visuals inspired by the iconic façade of AKM to create a hybrid experience. It invites people to fully immerse themselves in the present moment, bridging the past and the future.

’s immersive experience EVERYTHING premieres today at .space Videnie Sofia | Immersive and Digital Art Space and will be on view until July 21.
Video: Excerpt from Everything, Scene 1.
Nohlab’s immersive experience EVERYTHING, observes everything as it is, questions all this existence and suggests new possibilities in three parts. Through the eyes of a candid narrator, who follows the storyline in sync with us, visuals & sound follow a narrative where science, philosophy and metaphysics converge.
We observe the familiar elements that construct our everyday lives, and realise how the vast system of existence enveloping us is prone to many questions. In the end, there might be numerous things we can neither perceive nor think about with our limited capabilities, but embracing how much we don’t know might lead us to accept being in a constant state of transformation and probabilities.

More than 300,000 visitors have experienced ’s spatial experience — Van Gogh: An Immersive Journey at in Istanbul since its opening on August 23. Thanks for coming!
Van Gogh’s artworks and life are transformed into a four-part, 18-minute spatial narrative, combining digital interpretations with futuristic predictions. We enter his inner world and see fragments of memory through his eyes. Paintings expand into moving scenes and 3D environments. His imagination becomes walk-through landscapes and living paintings. Finally, a custom software categorizes and analyzes an extensive dataset of Van Gogh artworks, and AI-generated imagery is created with high-dimensional algorithms and neural networks.
