AI is leaving the screen.

Not just chatbots and models anymore. Systems that perceive, decide, and act in the physical world.

That is Physical AI.

Autonomous robots. Self driving systems. Industrial automation.

It is not just AI. It is hardware, simulation, control, and deployment all working together.

ROS is powerful. Getting it to run? Painful.

Launch files. Configs. Dependencies. Hours of setup before you even build anything.

OORB handles all of that. So you can actually focus on the robot.

ROS is not an operating system. It is middleware. A message bus so robot parts can talk to each other.

Nodes publish. Nodes subscribe. No single point of failure.

Not real time. Not a programming language. Does not run motors directly.

It handles communication. Gives you tools. Teaches patterns that scale.

One way to start? Run a 30 day free trial of OORB Studio on your stack.

2025 treated us well.

We won OSEntreprendre Local and Regional and became one of five finalists nationally. We also took home the INRS FISES Scientific Entrepreneurship Award. Made it to global semi finals and local finals for the Global African Innovation Challenge. Got featured as a top robotics startup in Tunisia.

A lot happened. But honestly, this is just the beginning.

2026 is going to be bigger.

OORB is in Silicon Valley for 8 weeks. Selected for Kernel Camp by Propeller. Building and sharpening OORB Studio for robotics teams.

If you are in the Bay Area working on robotics, simulation, or physical AI infrastructure, let's connect.

Getting into robotics can feel overwhelming. So many tools. So many steps. So much setup.

It does not have to be that way.

Start simple. Build fast.

Robotics tools are a mess. Too many windows. Too much setup.

OORB fixes this. One workspace. Design. Code. Simulate. Deploy. No switching.

AI helps you build. CAD imports in seconds. Simulation runs live. Deploy straight to hardware.

From idea to working robot. Faster. Simpler. Smarter.

Stop wrestling with tools.

CAD to URDF export is a time drain. Debug joints. Fix axes. Re export. Repeat.

OORB Studio fixes this. Upload your URDF folder to the URDF Viewer. Test parameters live. Update joint names. Adjust origins and axes. No jumping back to CAD.

Press save. Your URDF merges into your code. Skip MJCF conversion. OORB Studio takes your URDF straight into MuJoCo.

Stop wrestling with file formats.

The sim to real gap is not academic. It is a cost problem.

Most robotics teams follow the same pattern. Simulate. Lab test. Deploy. Field failure. ROS bag replay. Manual reproduction. Guess. Repeat. Days per cycle.

According to an Elsevier study, 45 of 75 real world deployments fail due to environmental or hardware issues. According to Siemens, unplanned downtime in manufacturing costs $260k to $2.3M per hour.

Every day spent debugging a sim to real mismatch is money burning on an idle line or stalled fleet.

We built OORB Studio to solve this. Deterministic replay. Hardware in the loop CI. Debug cycles in hours.

Starting the year strong! We’re opening OORB 2026 recruitment + internships!

We’re a young startup, so this is hands-on work with real ownership. Attacking the robotics “integration tax”, so small teams and labs can ship reliable ROS2 robots faster on the cloud.

If you have the startup mindset, like moving fast, shipping weekly, and learning by doing, you’ll probably enjoy it here.

We screen on proof, not essays. Share links to what you’ve built (GitHub, PRs, demos, designs, articles, measurable outcomes). If we move forward, we’ll do a quick, friendly call to go through your work together.

Deadline: Jan 25, 2026
