Today, we celebrate the strength, diversity, and dignity of persons with disabilities across the country.

Let us remember: inclusion means everyone! That includes people with disabilities who are also part of the LGBTIQ+ community, whose stories are too often left out, whose rights are too often ignored.

A just and inclusive Timor-Leste leaves no one behind, not because we are the same, but because every difference matters.
