A fantastic investment opportunity has surfaced where someone can opt to step in the shoes of the bank and provide the hopeful buyer with a mortgage.

This House is easily worth 10mb and that's already taking into consideration the poor market conditions.

After being assured of qualifying for a mortgage from the bank the unfortunate buyer was rejected due to the Guarantor he used being dis honest about there credit history.

Handing placed a large deposit down we have been asked to see if we can find him a mortgage lender and he's willing to pay 12% NET per year.

Both of these payments are sent to Magna Carta and not passed over to us until your asset has been transferred subject to the agreements in place.

The payment terms are flexible upon request.
