LA NITIVADEE DERMATOLOGY & AESTHETIC LASER CENTER

I was due to have wart removal procedures during my first clinic appointment, and, having recently retired I decided to use my experience as a Health and Safety Consultant to appraise the Clinic and the services offered.

Clinic reception (pre-treatment);
Nice layout, clean, cool with plenty of room and good views over Pattaya beach. Staff had a professional approach and I did not need my partner for translation. Paperwork process quick and easy, relaxed atmosphere.

Doctor interview;
Immediately felt at ease with the competency shown and heard during the initial examination, thorough in her questioning and understanding of the problem areas. I received a precise explanation of the upcoming treatment and healing process. I loved the cuddly toys on display in here.

Treatment Room and activity;
Spotless, instruments and dressings laid out, laser warnings on display. Doctor was cool, calm & collected – I knew, that she knew what she was doing. Seven treatment areas, each one meticulously prepared … she talked me through each procedure, no surprise injections or unnecessary pain. Eyes covered for the laser work. Re-assured on treatment completion and directed back to reception.

Clinic reception (post-treatment);
Prescriptive medication and my Bill were ready at the desk as I arrived there – no waiting. Use of medication and time-frame were explained. My bill was within the budget quoted in my initial enquiry. I was advised that the healing time would follow a ‘natural’ process … but if worried I was free to call for advice.

Overall impression;
High Standard in all areas of the encounter … well impressed. Would return without hesitation – but – hope I don’t have to.
