Simplify the art of Thai cuisine in this cooking class with Chef Care. My name is Care. I've learnt a lot of cooking tips from her.

I've spent nearly a decade in hospitality and culinary work in resorts and restaurants throughout Phuket and Japan. My experience includes an eclectic list of interests, including fruit and vegetable carving. Welcome to my new studio ❤️

Yesterday, I cancelled my Phi Phi Island boat tour due to rain. I drove 45 minutes to the other side of Phuket all for nothing. ☔️

But I didn't let the weather or my cancelled excursion ruin my day. Instead, I figured out a different possibility that would be equally as fun... a cooking class!
 And let me tell you, I had the best time ever! I made 4 new friends, had the most delicious Thai food yet, and leveled up my cooking game! 🍛

This is a perfect reminder to never let life's circumstances dictate how you feel. The one thing you can always control is your response. You can resist what is and suffer, or you can accept what is and experience peace. ☮️

When things don't go your way, it's okay to feel discouraged. What matters most is how you bounce back and squeeze the juice out of situations that are difficult. Adapting and embracing change is an important skill to have. 💯
