Ghanaian-born artist William, renowned for his captivating exploration of emotions, moments, African heritage, curiosity of humankind, and ideas through the prism of colour theory.

Stéphanie whose work is a celebration of human diversity and an exploration of identity, drawing inspiration from the stories and experiences of her ancestors. She, herself originates from Douala, Cameroon.

The multidisciplinary artist Tobi Bello who operates in the ethereal space nestled between reality and dreams will usher us into one of her dimensions via paintings that I refer to as “the big wide eyes”.

After a hiatus, Sboniso invites us on his artistic journey to always head towards the light in any way, and to let his work inspire us as he mixes, merges and reimagines different materials.

UMUTI:MA is excited to invite you to our first exhibition here in Dublin!

This group exhibition ‘Under the Sun’ will showcase paintings, photographs, short form video, 3D modelling art, as well as clay work from 9 Dublin based artists.

‘Under the Sun’ invites us to embrace the beauty of the mundane and to acknowledge the significance of creativity in our everyday lives. It’s a reminder that while there may be nothing entirely new under the sun, there is endless potential for discovery and connection through the art that surrounds us.
