🌈"A northern Italy Magistrate issued a list of 33 birth certificates of children born to le***an couples since 2017, asking judges to strip the names of mothers who did not give birth to the child from the records entirely.
Prosecutor Valeria Sanzari said in a legal case that, if the high court judges agree to remove the partner from the certificate, their surname must be dropped from the child’s name. A court will rule on the case later this year."

🌈 I sometimes hear people say things like, "I'm bi / pan, but I haven't actually dated xyz yet" or "I rarely have feelings for xyz"..."so I don't know if I can really claim that community".
To those people I want to say, you are valid. And you are welcome here. We do not need to define ourselves by rigid checklists or fit into narrow boxes, and you are no less qualified based on lack of experience or less experience. Only you get to decide how you define yourself and where you want to belong. That's the beauty of the sexuality and gender spectrum. We can all just come as we are. And we should all feel safe and welcome to do so.

“I’m the one who calls out. I’m the one who corrects. I’m the one who rephrases. I've had plenty of people be like: you can’t tell me what to say. But if you’re allowed to say whatever you want, I'm allowed to react however I want. Right? Maybe my reaction is an attempt to correct you, but you’re allowed to take it or let it go. Maybe what you said seems trivial to you. But the little things are easier to fix. And they help build a foundation. So the bigger things are easier to address. And also: do the big things even matter if you don’t care about the small things? Obviously I can’t fight everything. You do have to pick your fights. And aggression never works. Because you want to win the war, and not just the battle. But one thing I’ll never let slide is pronouns. If someone is purposely using incorrect pronouns, that’s getting corrected, on the spot. It’s baseline respect. It’s like using a mean nickname or something. It’s just not nice, you know? I know you want to use whatever language you want, but maybe it’s not about you. Maybe I’m not trying to take away your freedom. Maybe I’m not trying to make you feel like a bad person. Maybe it’s more about: let’s not hurt the person it’s affecting, you know? I was very, very close to someone who had just started transitioning. And he did everything he could to pass as a man, because he is a man. But he still had some female features. And I was with him when someone misgendered him. I could tell that he was upset, so I followed him to his room. And I watched him just fall apart because of the dysphoria it caused. It’s like— you could have literally taken two seconds to choose the respectful word. But you didn’t. And look at the harm you just caused.”

โลกโซเชียลแห่ชื่นชม หลังจากที่มีครูคนหนึ่งในโรงเรียนศรีบุญเรืองวิทยาคาร จ.หนองบัวลำภู ได้ทำหนังสือถึง ผอ.โรงเรียน เพื่อขออนุญาตแต่งกายตามเพศสภาพของตัวเอง ก่อนที่เธอจะได้รับไฟเขียวอย่างเป็นทางการ และได้นำเอกสารขออนุญาตฉบับดังกล่าวมาโพสต์ลงในเฟซบุ๊กของตัวเอง
ข้อความในหนังสือบันทึกข้อความระบุว่า ด้วยข้าพเจ้านางสาวปทุมพร จันทรักษ์ ตำแหน่งครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย มีเพศสภาพที่ไม่ตรงตามเพศกำเนิด เพื่อให้การแต่งกายตรงกับอัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ และเอื้ออำนวยต่อการปฏิบัติงาน จึงมีความประสงค์ขออนุญาตแต่งกายตามเพศสภาพ ด้วยชุดทำงานชาย และสามารถไว้ผมสั้นได้
ทั้งนี้ ข้าพเจ้าแต่งกายอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎระเบียบที่ทางกระทรวงการศึกษาธิการกำหนด และพร้อมประพฤติตนอยู่ในกฏระเบียบอย่างเคร่งครัด อีกทั้งเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีของนักเรียนให้เหมาะสมกับวิชาชีพครู จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดพิจารณา ลงวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2566 และปรากฏว่า ผอ.โรงเรียน ได้เซ็นอนุญาตท้ายบันทึกข้อความ
หลังจากที่ได้รับอนุญาตแล้ว ครูคนนี้ได้โพสต์ข้อความระบุว่า อำลากระโปรงอย่างเป็นทางการ​ หลีกทางให้กางเกงเป๋าตุงหน่อยครับ #โรงเรียนแห่งความเท่าเทียม
ซึ่งเรื่องดังกล่าวทำให้ชาวเน็ตหลายคนต่างแสดงความชื่นชมวิสัยทัศน์และทัศนคติของทางโรงเรียน และผอ.โรงเรียน เป็นอย่างมาก
"ขอชื่อชมในผู้บริหารค่ะ สิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานที่ได้รับจากโรงเรียน", "ขอบคุณ​ ผอ.ที่ให้ความสำคัญ​เกี่ยวกับ​เรื่องเพศภาพไม่ว่าจะทำงาน​หรือการแต่งกายอะไร ขอให้เป็นเพศสภาพของบุคคล​นั้นในยุคที่มีความเท่าเทียม​ทางเพศ" ฯลฯ
