A Quiet Dialogue Between Shelter and Soil

“Ruedufon”is a vacation home quietly nested in the heart of Chiang Dao.

It was born from a simple question:
What would it feel like to live closer to the forest, even just for a few days?

The project invites guests to reconnect with nature
not by observing it, but by touching it.

Barefoot mornings. Wet soil underfoot.
The scent of wood and fog.

A house that lets the forest speak first.

Where walls breathe with the wind and the floor remembers the rain.

It’s a pause between the seasons, the senses, and ourselves.

บ้านบนยอดดอยหลังนี้สร้างเสร็จเมื่อช่วงฤดูหนาวปีที่แล้ว ไม้สีเข้มที่ตั้งใจเลือกให้กลืนไปกับป่าเขียว ตัดกับสีท้องฟ้าของป่าดอยหลวง สิ่งที่อยากให้เด่นคือวิวภูเขาและป่าที่พัดพาความชื้นทำให้เกิดสิ่งมีชีวิตรอบๆ ตัวเรา

พวกเราชอบที่พี่ๆ ตั้งชื่อบ้านว่า ‘ฤดูฝน’ และยังออกแบบ logo ให้เป็นกลุ่มดาว ทั้งสองอย่างนี้เป็นแก่นให้กับเชียงดาว ที่มืดพอให้เห็นทางช้างเผือก และฝนพอให้ความหลากหลายของสิ่งมีชีวิตเติบโตได้ทั้งปี

บ้านยางปูโต๊ะ สดชื่นที่สุดในฤดูฝน วิวดีในฤดูหนาว ผู้คนน่ารักที่สุดแม้อากาศร้อนจัด ใครรักป่าเขา ก็อาจจะรักเชียงดาวด้วยเหมือนกัน
