The Grand Gelinaz Shuffle is back! On December 3, the largest and longest dinner ever organised in the world returns! For one night only, 148 chefs from 138 restaurants in 39 countries will work with other chefs’ ideas in their own restaurants in a lottery of recipes that they will have to reinterpret on D-Day. The night will begin in New Zealand and finish in the United States. Here in Bangkok, Chef Tim Butler and the Eat Me team will be standing by ready for their instructions from 8.00-10.30 pm. Another new menu, “Australian Black Winter Truffles Pappardelle”. Australian black winter truffle is grown from the spore of the Perigord truffle, and has an intense aroma and flavour. Harvested during Australia’s winter, they are available during our summer months.
