Guys, Complains about working too hard or too much work in college or complaining about bad bosses or bad jobs always make you feel more upset and never help in anything and you perform even worse.
Look on the other side.
One employee when resigning from a well known Dept store wrote 18 points of specific problems with his job the HR manager told him why didn’t you quit before? The employee replied that “ i wanted maximum experience in working in this s**t job and dealing with this as***le manager” so that my next job would be like a paid holiday of a piece of cake!!! Lol!
It’s all about attitude.!

Can you succeed without college degree?
This is a real story:
She came for a job interview in our family business. let’s call her ‘mew’. She hadn’t finished high school yet and was 18. Father left her when she was small and later Mom married again. She had to look out for herself since she was 15. Had a elder brother in the country. As she neither had experience nor any higher education my brother who runs the business indicated to me to let her go.

[i worked in a food shop for 7 months till now. Daily 11am until late night 1 am-all 7 days. I got paid 8500 baht. Pls give me any job and i will do it]. I requested my brother to try her for 1 month at least.
Mew worked under my brother for 3 years. When she resigned to go and study at the วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างมีนบุรี (Minburi Polytechnic college), she was earning 16,000 a month with commission selling herbal products. She became one of his best sales.
So the answer is yes, you can succeed without college but its going to be very hard. Don’t look at the 2 examples of Bill gates of Steve jobs that every MBA teacher loves to share. If you re in business you know the difference between a graduate and a school educated employee. But yes, you still can succeed. If you have everything (money, home, food, car) you will never struggle, never compete and will become weak and soft..there is nothing to fight for ..right?

This is a question about work place. Some find their jobs so interesting, mysterious or sometimes even romantic they would never leave it.

THE ANWER IS VERY SIMPLE:
1.Wait for the right job.
Tips: if you think you are an average student look for a job in a small company with more outside office working.
If you are a person who likes to talk, dress up, enjoy meeting all kinds of people, entertainment, then look for a company that needs to sell its products (hard selling)
Finally if you are a bookish person-like to be alone, to read, enjoy a time at home, join with someone or find a boss who needs a staff to take care of paper work, files, important papers.

When its time to change your Boss?

First when you find that your boss is loosing confidence in your work. There are many signs and the most important being someone else is getting your work-bit by bit.

Secondly when the frank relations are not felt anymore.No informal conversations, no jokes and most important no personal time together.
start looking for reasons and if you are cause of it-too many mistakes, sloppy work, corruption...then its better you quit. If not, simply Boss has found a new playmate or wants you to move--then move out.
Jobs are in plenty for the smart ones..so don't be scared. A new boss can be a great time to start fresh, especially if he is from outside the organization or you're starting a new job with a new company. "Getting a new boss is a clean slate.
