Who remembers visiting us when the iconic Authors’ Wing overlooked our pool? These images transport you to the 1960s, a time when guests could lounge by the pool with the river in view. However, with the construction of the River Wing, we relocated our pool to where it is today.
At Baan Phraya, our culinary team is reviving long-forgotten dishes and traditional cooking techniques like “Lham" - a method of cooking meat inside bamboo stems. A stand out dish is "Lham Pla" - grouper seasoned with herbs and grilled inside a bamboo stem. This dish is complemented by a spicy charred eggplant relish.
