Recipe for Stir-Fried Traditional Noodles with Chinese Mushrooms (Pad Mee)
Ingredients :
Thai-Choice Traditional Noodles 200g
Thai-Choice Dried Chinese Mushrooms 50g
Thai-Choice Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp
Chicken Breast, sliced 300g
Spring Onion, sliced 20g
Red Chilli, sliced thinly 1
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil 3 Tbsp

Directions:
1. Rinse Mushrooms. Soak in warm water for 45 minutes. Drain, slice and set aside.
2. Rinse noodles well. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes or until done. Immerse in cold water . Drain and set aside.
3. Heat oil in frying pan or wok. Add chicken and mushroom. Saute until done. Add noodles, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir.
4. Add spring onion and chilli near the end. Mix well. Serve hot.

Recipe : Thai Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients :
Thai-Choice Rice Vermicelli 100 g
Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing 100 ml
Thai-Choice Minced Coriander 20 g
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp (to taste)
Cooked Chicken Breasts, sliced thinly 100 g
Shallots, sliced 25 g
Red Capsicum, thinly sliced 1/4
Tomato, quartered 50 g
Red Chillies, finely sliced, includes extra for garnish 1-2 to taste
Lime Juice 1 Tbsp
Coriander for garnish

Direction :
1. Place Vermicelli in boiling water for approximately 2-3 minutes until soft, then drain well.
2. Place rice vermicelli in large salad bowl, add Som Tum Salad Dressing, chicken, shallot, capsicum, coriander and chill.
3. Toss and season with Fish Sauce and lime juice to taste. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and a sprinkling of chopped chillies.

Recipe : Chicken & Rice Vermicelli Soup

Ingredients:
Thai-Choice Brown Rice Vermicelli 250 g
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 5 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Chicken Sliced 350 g
Ground Pepper ½ Tbsp ( or to taste )
Water 1.8 liters
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Chicken Stock cubes 2 cubes (20 g)

Directions:
1. Marinate chicken with oyster sauce, soy sauce and ground pepper and put it in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
2. Make the broth with water, fish sauce, sugar and chicken cubes. Bring to the boil, and add the marinated meat and return to the boil for about 10 minutes until cooked well.
3. Place rice vermicelli in boiling water (about 1 litre) and cook until fairly soft (stove or microwave oven).
4. Rinse with cool water, drain and set aside.
5. Place cooked rice vermicelli in serving bowl.
6. Pour boiling broth with meat over it.
7. Serve hot with coriander leaves on top.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 250 g
Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp
Thai-Choice Soy Sauce Naturally Fermented 1 Tsp
Thai-Choice Dried Black Fungus 30 g
(soak in warm water 45 minutes)
Sugar 1 Tsp
Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic one clove or 5 g
Ginger 50 g
Carrots, julienned 20 g
Spring Onion, chopped 10 g
Directions:
1. Fry the garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat until
golden brown and fragrant.
2. Add chicken, Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce,
Thai-Choice Seasoning Sauce,
Thai-Choice Soy Sauce Naturally Fermented and sugar.
Stir-fry until the chicken are half cooked.
Then add black fungus mushrooms, ginger, carrots,
spring onion and the rest of the ingredients in to the pan.
3. Continue to stir-fry until cooked.

pöidlasuurune jupp ingverit, koorituna ja tükeldatuna
1-2 tl Thai Choice punase karri pastat (sõltuvalt kui vürtsikat suppi soovid)
400 g porgandeid, koorituna ja tükeldatuna
400 g bataati, koorituna ja tükeldatuna
400 ml purk Thai Choice kookospiima
500 ml kana- või köögiviljapuljongit
Thai Choice kookosõli või võid praadimiseks
Soola ja pipart
Serveerimiseks seesamiseemneid, hakitud tšillit, värsket koriandrit vm meelepärast

Kuumuta potis kookosõli või või ja prae keskmisel kuumusel küüslauk ja ingver kergelt läbi. Lisa karripasta ja kuumuta läbi. Lisa siis porgandi- ja bataaditükid, kuum puljong ja lase vaiksel tulel haududa kuni köögiviljad on pehmed. Püreesta. Lisa kookospiim ja kuumuta veel korra läbi. Kontrolli maitseid. Serveerimisel lisa seesamiseemneid ja/või hakitud tšillit ning värsket koriandrit.

SMOKED DUCK AND RIPED MANGO FRESH SPRING ROLLS
Ingredients
1.Thai-Choice Rice Paper 4-6 pcs
2.Smoked duck chest 200 g
3.Lettuce leaves 4-6 leaves
4.Sweet Basil Leaves to taste
5.Mango 1
6.Thai-Choice Spring Rolls Sauce 2 Tbsp

Directions
1.Immerse an individual sheet of rice paper in water and remove after only a few seconds, leave it on a towel for one minute to soften.
2.Place the rice paper on a plate and put a lettuce leaf on the centre of the rice paper.
3.Arrange riped mango and smoked duck on the lettuce leaf.
Fold both sides of the rice paper. Then fold up one-third of paper over the filling. Continue to roll the paper to enclose the entire filling.
4.Serve with Thai-Choice Spring Roll Dipping Sauce and fresh mint, sweet basil or other vegetables.

STIR FRY CHICKEN WITH CASHEW NUTS

Ingredients
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Chicken breasts, cut into strips 400 g
Onion, sliced 50 g
Spring onion, chopped 1
Cashew nuts 50 g
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
Green and red capsicums 50 g each
Red chilli, sliced thinly (for garnish) 1 large
Coriander leaves, chopped 8 g
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions
1.Fry cashew nuts in oil till brown and then set aside.
2.Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok, add the chicken and onion. Stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
3.Reduce the heat and mix in Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce. 4.Then add spring onion, sugar and season with black pepper. Raise the heat and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add cashew nuts at the last minute.
5.Serve hot on a platter and sprinkle with sliced chilli and coriander leaves.

Tapioca Pearls with Coconut Milk Lite Dessert
Ingredients:
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk Lite 1 can (400 ml)
- Thai-Choice Tapioca Pearls 2 cups
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water 4 cups
- Melon 1/2
- Crushed Ice 1 00 g
Directions:
1. Put Tapioca Pearls in boiling water, cook 15-20 minutes until done,
and then drain
2. Let Tapioca Pearls cool on the stove-top, then cover with lid and
refrigerate until cold.
3. Make the syrup by putting sugar in water and bring it to a boil.
4. Core the melon by melon baller or cut into cubes.
5. Pour Tapioca Pearls, Thai-Choice Coconut Milk Lite and syrup in the bowl
and add the melon and crushed ice. Ready to Serve. Option to garnish
