"New release - Heroes of Thailand" ft Ronnarong Khampha

When I visited this hotel, I paid 4000 THB for security from my Forex Card. They guys told me that it will automatically get the refund in 2 weeks, Now its three weeks completed. Even I mailed them for that, but no reply and no money refunded yet. One of the worst hotel in Thailand with the worst quality and worst service.

I had visited the Bangkok Palace Hotel, Thailand with my four other friends in Aug 2018. We chose Bangkok Palace for 3 nights in Bangkok. An online deal at MMT was made for this at a competitive rate. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel. While it’s centrally located, getting into the lobby for the hotel is a very long walk, under the bridge. The area opposite the hotel has slums. Fortunately in a city like Bangkok, one doesn’t be in the hotel so it saved grace.

Size-wise this hotel is BIG. Only size-wise nothing else is good here.
When you enter the hotel it takes you to 1930! Right from the lobby to the interiors etc. In this age & time especially with the competition around, they seem to be very outdated. Surprisingly the washrooms in the lobby have a modern touch. They still use the key for rooms & not the card key. If you compare hotel room with hostel rooms or with 1-star hotel than you will they are more good than this hotel.
There is a huge list of Do Not’s right when you enter the hotel.
There are no lockers in the room
Bad quality is so bad, it looks like, that a kid can easily move the bed. it had wheels with no lock. The bathroom too is very old style and very stinky. I don't know they made the bathroom for adults or for animals.
We saw cockroaches in the room but no staff care about that.
You will not find the food option there because outside hotel it is slum area, so you don't like to have there, so either you go far from the hotel or have inside the hotel. And inside the hotel, the food cost is so high. One of my friends is vegetarian so for him, vegetarian options for breakfast are almost nil especially since they cater to so many Indians.
I had requested to meet the hotel manager but was always told he isn’t around
The air-conditioner in the room was very old and without remote for temperature adjustment. Who will pay 4000 rs for this type of room?
Furniture in the room was cracked at many places.
This is the very small list I gave here. The time we entered the room, we were shocked, like what the hell is that, for what we booked this hotel. I booked this hotel for 3 nights and we checked out the hotel in 20 minutes after check-in. Like we were not able to stay in that for 1 hour. We contacted the Hotel Manager for cancellation of booking and told the reason, He said he can not do anything as we booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip. We contacted MMT regarding that, they also took the side of the hotel by saying we can not refund the amount. So one more suggestion for you guys, don't book through MMT, choose yatra or cleartrip, They have better service than MMT. I raised the complaint regarding that in MMT, they said they will talk to the hotel and after some time they closed my complaint without giving any resolution.

So guys I highly recommend not to book this hotel. You can imagine after 3 days booking of 20k, we left the hotel in 20 minutes. So what is the condition of the hotel?
