ผลลัพธ์คืออาการป่วยเริ่มทุเลาลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัดโดยยังไม่ต้องไปหาหมอ

บางครั้งการปล่อยให้ตัวเองมีวัน "หยุดนิ่งเพื่อฟื้นฟู" ชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ชีวิตให้เต็ม อาจช่วยให้เรามีพลังไปทำสิ่งที่รักได้ยาวนานกว่าเดิม อย่าลืมฟังเสียงร่างกายกันนะคะ 🤍✨

Adiantum capillus-veneris has naturalized in my garden, but keeping it alive in a pot is challenging. Its creeping rhizomes and shallow roots are better suited to spreading across the rock surface than to life in a container.

This Platycerium bifurcatum has been in my garden for nearly two decades and thrives on its own without any special care. Although compact cultivars have become popular, I still prefer the original species.

กนกนารี (Selaginella) สามารถขยายพันธุ์ด้วยการชำใบ ขั้นตอนไม่ซับซ้อน เพียงต้องอาศัยเวลาและความอดทนเล็กน้อย

Selaginella picta เป็นชนิดที่ปลูกค่อนข้างยากในกรุงเทพฯ เพราะมักทรุดโทรมในช่วงฤดูร้อน แต่ฉันเคยลองชำใบ และได้ผลลัพธ์ที่น่าพอใจ

ภาพชุดนี้บันทึกระยะเวลาตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น จนกระทั่งย้ายปลูกลงกระถาง

1️⃣ เดือนเมษายน ตัดใบวางบนพีตมอสส์ที่ชื้น แล้วคลุมด้วยถุงพลาสติกเพื่อรักษาความชุ่มชื้นให้คงที่ ต้นอ่อนเริ่มงอกในเดือนมิถุนายน
2️⃣ สองเดือนต่อมา ต้นอ่อนค่อยๆ เติบโตขึ้น
3️⃣ โคลสอัพของต้นอ่อน
4️⃣ เดือนพฤศจิกายน ย้ายปลูกลงกระถาง ใช้เวลาทั้งหมดประมาณ 7 เดือน

Selaginella can be propagated from leaf cuttings. The method is simple but requires patience.

Selaginella picta is hard to grow in Bangkok, yet I managed to propagate it successfully.

This series shows the full process, from leaf cuttings to young plants, over about seven months.
