เผยผลงานดีทีจีโอ นวัตกรรม AI Solution ล้ำหน้า รับรางวัล AI Pioneer Award 2024 จากหัวเว่ย

DTGO Wins “AI Pioneer Award 2024” Award from Huawei

Huawei, a leading Chinese technology company, has presented its “AI Pioneer Award” for 2024 to DTGO. Mr. Zeng Wei Jun, Senior Business Development Manager Cloud of Huawei, presented the award with Mr. Mo Wen Hao, Corporate Customer Manager, and Ms. Phakjira Sombatphibunphon, Business Development Manager Cloud. Mr. Kittikun Potivanakul, Chief Technology Officer, represented DTGO to accept the award, which he said reaffirmed the group's innovation leadership in artificial intelligence. The award honors DTGO as a global example for developing AI models for business with company data to develop Enterprise Intelligence (EI) products for the business sector.

น้อมเกล้ารำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณ

พระมหากรุณาธิคุณ จารึกในใจไทยตราบนิรันดร์

"เรื่องราวที่ผมอยากเล่าให้ฟังต่อไปนี้ เป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ผมประทับใจและทำให้รู้สึกว่าเราทุกคนสามารถเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตของผู้อื่นให้ดีขึ้นได้

วันหนึ่งหลังเลิกงาน ขณะที่ผมกำลังขับมอเตอร์ไซค์กลับบ้าน ผมได้พบกับเด็กชายตัวน้อยกำลังเดินเก็บของเก่าอยู่ข้างถนนพร้อมกับคุณยายและน้อง ๆ อีกสองคนที่นั่งอยู่บนรถเข็น ด้วยความอยากรู้ ผมจึงจอดรถและเข้าไปพูดคุย ทำให้ทราบว่าพวกเขาเป็นครอบครัวชาวกัมพูชาที่อาศัยอยู่ในแคมป์คนงานก่อสร้าง คุณยายต้องรับภาระเลี้ยงดูหลานทั้งสามคนเพียงลำพัง โดยที่เด็ก ๆ ไม่มีโอกาสได้เข้าโรงเรียนเพราะความยากจน

ในฐานะคนทำงานด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์และเป็นพ่อคนหนึ่ง ผมรู้สึกสะเทือนใจอย่างมาก ที่เห็นเด็ก ๆ เหล่านี้แทบไม่มีโอกาสในชีวิตเลย พวกเขาต้องเผชิญกับความเสี่ยงรอบด้านในแต่ละวัน ผมเชื่อว่าการศึกษาคือกุญแจสำคัญที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตน้องๆ ได้ ผมจึงนำเรื่องนี้ไปปรึกษากับทีมมูลนิธิพุทธรักษาเพื่อปรึกษาแนวทางช่วยเหลือ ทุกคนให้การสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่ เราลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมครอบครัวนี้และประสานโรงเรียนคลองปลัดเปรียงเพื่อขอให้น้องได้เข้าไปประเมินพัฒนาการและสมัครเข้าเรียน

วันนี้ ผมรู้สึกปลื้มใจมากที่เห็นน้องคนโตได้เข้าเรียนชั้น ป.1 แล้ว และน้องชายอีกคนกำลังจะได้เข้าเรียนเช่นกัน นี่คือก้าวแรกสู่อนาคตที่สดใสของพวกเขา

เรื่องราวนี้ทำให้ผมตระหนักว่า แม้เราจะไม่สามารถช่วยทุกคนได้ แต่การช่วยเหลือแม้เพียงคนเดียวก็สามารถสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างมหาศาล ผมขอขอบคุณทุกฝ่ายที่ร่วมกันทำให้ชีวิตของเด็กๆ เหล่านี้สดใสขึ้น และหวังว่าเรื่องราวนี้จะเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ผู้อื่นลุกขึ้นมาช่วยเหลือสังคมเช่นกัน"

"The story I want to tell you is about an event that showed me we all help improve other people’s lives.

“One day after work, while I was riding my motorbike home, I saw a little boy collecting discarded items at the side of the road with his grandmother and two younger siblings in wheelchairs. I stopped and talked to him. I found out that they were a Cambodian family living in a construction worker camp. The grandmother had to take care of her three grandchildren all by herself. The children had no chance to go to school because of poverty.

“As a social worker and a father, I was deeply moved to see these children with almost no chance in life. They had to face risks from all sides every day. I believe that education is the key to changing the lives of these children. I discussed this with the Buddharaksa Foundation team to ask for help. Everyone gave their full support. We visited the family and contacted Khlong Plat Priang School to have the children assessed for their development and enrolled.

“Today, I’m very proud that the oldest child has entered first grade and the younger brother will also be enrolled. This is the first step toward a bright future for them.

“This story made me realize that even though we cannot help everyone, helping even one person can make a huge difference. I’d like to thank everyone who has worked together to make the children's lives better. I hope this story will inspire others to help society as well."

"ผมมีโอกาสร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเป็นวิทยากรอบรมออนไลน์ให้กับน้อง ๆ สมาคมพี่น้องพุทธรักษา ในกิจกรรม ‘How To....การเขียนโครงการ’ เป็นหลักสูตรการเขียนโครงการเพื่อสังคม ที่ไม่ใช่แค่การถ่ายทอดทฤษฎี แต่เป็นการจุดประกายความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ที่เน้นการนำความรู้ไปใช้จริง โดยให้น้อง ๆ ได้ฝึกเขียนโครงการตามความสนใจของตนเอง

ถึงแม้จะเป็นการเรียนผ่านหน้าจอ แต่พลังและความตั้งใจของน้อง ๆ ก็ส่งผ่านมาถึงผมได้อย่างชัดเจน ผมดีใจทุกครั้งที่เห็นน้อง ๆ ยกมือถามคำถามหรือช่วยกันแสดงความคิดเห็น ถึงแม้จะอยู่คนละที่แต่พลังแห่งความตั้งใจของพวกเขาทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนว่าเราอยู่ในห้องเรียนเดียวกันจริง ๆ

ในวันที่น้อง ๆ นำโครงการกลับมานำเสนอ เป็นวันที่ผมจะจดจำได้ไม่ลืม ทุกโครงการล้วนเต็มเปี่ยมด้วยความตั้งใจและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ผมภูมิใจในตัวน้อง ๆ ทุกคนที่สามารถนำความรู้ไปต่อยอดได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม และท่ามกลางความประทับใจมากมาย โครงการ Your Way Your Choice แนะแนวการศึกษาต่อในระดับชั้นอุดมศึกษาฯ เป็นหนึ่งในโครงการที่ผมชื่นชม เพราะไม่เพียงแค่เป็นแนวคิดทางทฤษฎี แต่น้อง ๆ ได้นำไปปฏิบัติจริงจนสำเร็จ ที่โรงเรียนธรรมวิทยามูลนิธิ จังหวัดยะลา การเห็นความรู้ที่ผมถ่ายทอดไปกลายเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม ทำให้ผมรู้สึกอิ่มเอมใจและนึกถึงตัวเองสมัยเรียนมหาวิทยาลัยที่เคยทำโครงการเพื่อสังคมเหมือนกัน และตอนนี้ ผมได้เห็นภาพนั้นอีกครั้งผ่านความมุ่งมั่นของคนรุ่นใหม่

ในฐานะวิทยากร ผมเชื่อว่าความรู้ที่ผมถ่ายทอดไป ไม่ได้หยุดอยู่แค่ที่น้อง ๆ แต่จะถูกส่งต่อไปยังผู้คนอีกมากมาย ผ่านโครงการดี ๆ ที่พวกเขาจะสร้างสรรค์ ผมภูมิใจที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในกิจกรรมนี้ครับ"

ทีมงานพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ดีทีจีโอ ที่มีส่วนร่วมเป็นวิทยากรอบรมออนไลน์ให้กับสมาคมพี่น้องพุทธรักษา

สมาคมพี่น้องพุทธรักษาได้ร่วมกันกำหนดการทำงานจิตอาสาร่วมกันในรูปแบบชมรมต่าง ๆ และในปี พ.ศ. 2566 ได้จัดกิจกรรมและโครงการจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 18 โครงการ สร้างผลลัพธ์ทางสังคมแก่ผู้รับประโยชน์กระจายทั่วทุกภูมิภาคในประเทศไทย ในภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการศึกษา การสาธารณสุข สิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นต้น

"I had the opportunity to be a part of online training on drafting projects for the students of the Buddharaksa Family Association. The course covered drafting projects for society not just in terms of theory but also creativity. The students applied the knowledge by writing projects based on their own interests.

“Even though it was learning through a screen, the students' energy and determination were clear. I was happy every time I saw them raise their hands to ask questions or share their opinions. Even though we were in different places, their determination made me feel like we were really in the same classroom.

“The day the students brought their projects back to present was a day I’ll never forget. Each project was filled with determination and creativity. I was proud of all the students who were able to develop their knowledge so wonderfully. Among the many impressions, ‘Your Way Your Choice’, a guide to further education, was a project I admired. It wasn’t just a theoretical concept. The students put it into practice and succeeded at the Thammawitthaya Foundation School in Yala.

“Seeing the knowledge I had shared benefit society made me feel fulfilled and reminded me of myself when I was in university and did projects for society. Now, I see that image again through the determination of the new generation.

“As a speaker I believe that the knowledge I have passed on will not stop with the students. It will be passed on to many more people through the good projects they will create. I am proud to be a part of this activity."

The Buddharaksa Family Association supports volunteering through various clubs. 18 activities and projects were organized in 2023, benefiting communities in all regions of Thailand from education to public health and the environment.

"เมื่อครั้งยังเป็นเด็ก บ้านของผมเคยประสบเหตุเพลิงไหม้ แม้จะน่าตกใจ แต่โชคดีที่ทีมดับเพลิงมาช่วยได้ทันท่วงที ทำให้ความเสียหายไม่มากนัก เหตุการณ์นั้นสอนให้ผมเห็นคุณค่าของชีวิตและความสำคัญของการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น

ด้วยแรงบันดาลใจนี้ ผมได้เลือกเส้นทางอาชีพเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้คน นั่นคือการเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย (Safety Officer) ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่เป็นอาชีพ แต่ยังรวมถึงการเป็นอาสาสมัครช่วยเหลือชุมชนในยามวิกฤตด้วย

เหตุการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจที่สุดของผม คือการได้แบ่งปันความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันอัคคีภัยให้กับเด็ก ๆ ที่โรงเรียนธรรมจารินีวิทยา จ.ราชบุรี ในโครงการ ‘Road to the future เส้นทางสู่ฝัน’ ร่วมกับ The Givers Network เครือข่ายผู้ให้ที่ทำหน้าที่เชื่อมต่อการให้ของผู้คนในสังคม เพื่อมาให้คำแนะนำแก่น้อง ๆ ได้มองเห็นเส้นทางการศึกษาต่อในอนาคต รวมถึงได้ทำความรู้จักกับอาชีพต่าง ๆ หลากหลาย

เมื่อผมเริ่มพูด สิ่งที่ทำให้ผมประทับใจคือดวงตาเป็นประกายของเด็ก ๆ พวกเขานั่งฟังตาไม่กะพริบ ตั้งใจทุกคำพูดของผม แต่ช่วงเวลาที่สนุกที่สุดเกิดขึ้นหลังจากการบรรยายจบลง เด็ก ๆ พากันวิ่งเข้ามาหาผมด้วยความตื่นเต้นเพื่อขอลองใส่ชุดดับเพลิง ภาพของเด็ก ๆ ที่หัวเราะร่าและยิ้มกว้างขณะสวมชุดดับเพลิงทำให้หัวใจผมพองโต ความกระตือรือร้นและความสนใจของพวกเขาไม่เพียงแต่ทำให้ผมยิ้มได้ แต่ยังทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าสิ่งที่ผมทำนั้นมีความหมาย และช่วยต่อยอดอนาคตให้เด็กๆ ที่มีความตั้งใจอยากเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย และอยากจะช่วยเหลือผู้คนในสังคมได้

ผมรู้สึกว่าผมได้ทำสิ่งที่มีคุณค่าและยิ่งใหญ่ การเป็นผู้ให้ไม่เพียงแค่ทำให้ผมภูมิใจในตัวเอง แต่ผมยังเชื่อมั่นว่าการส่งต่อความรู้นี้จะช่วยสร้างเครือข่ายให้กับเด็ก ๆ และในวันข้างหน้าพวกเขาจะได้มีโอกาสนำความรู้ความสามารถนี้ช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นได้ในอนาคตได้”

เครือข่ายผู้ให้ The Givers Network เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายด้านการกุศล และภาคส่วนอื่น ๆ ในสังคม เพื่อร่วมกันแก้ปัญหาสังคมทั้งในระดับบุคคล ชุมชน และสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมทั้งช่องทาง Offline และ Online โดยในปี พ.ศ. 2566 ได้นำเสนอเรื่องราวของการให้และความต้องการในสังคมผ่านช่องทางเฟซบุ๊ก และอยู่ระหว่างการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มในรูปแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อเติมเต็มการส่งต่อความช่วยเหลือของผู้ให้ ผ่านองค์กรการกุศลต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการบริจาคหรือร่วมเป็นจิตอาสา

“When I was young, my house caught fire. It was shocking, although the firefighters got there in time and there wasn’t much damage. That incident taught me the value of life and the importance of helping others.

“With this inspiration, I chose a career of helping people as a Safety Officer. It’s not only a career. I also volunteer to help the community.

“The most memorable event for me was sharing knowledge about fire prevention with children at Dhammajarinee Witthaya School in Ratchaburi for “Road to the Future”. In collaboration with The Givers Network, we advised the children on future education and careers.

“When I started speaking, what impressed me was the sparkling eyes of the children. They sat and listened without blinking, paying attention to every word. But the funniest moment happened after the lecture. The children ran to me to try on the firefighter suits. The sight of the children laughing in the suits made my heart swell. Their enthusiasm made me smile and feel that what I was doing had meaning, helping children become safety officers and help people.

“I feel that I have done something worthwhile. Being a giver not only makes me proud of myself. Passing on this knowledge will help build a network for children. They’ll use the knowledge and skills to help others in the future.”

The Givers Network connects charitable networks and other sectors in society to jointly solve social problems at the individual, community, and environmental levels, including both offline and online channels. Stories of giving and social needs were presented on Facebook in 2023. The team is currently developing an online platform to coordinate help from givers through charitable organizations, whether through donations or volunteering.
