How to “Hummus”
Cooked Chickpea 250g
Lime juice 65 ml
Tahini 60 ml
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 30 ml
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Put everything in food processor and blend until it is smooth
~you can have it with salad or as a dip with your favorite veggie sticks~

ถั่วลูกไก่ต้มสุก 250 กรัม
น้ำมะนาว 60 มิลลิลิตร
งาบด 60 มิลลิลิตร
กระเทียม 2 กลีบ
น้ำมันมะกอก 30 มิลลิลิตร
ผงยี่หร่า 1/2 ช้อนชา
น้ำเปล่า 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เกลือ ชิมตามชอบ

How to “homemade healthy granola”
Oat 1.5 cup
Mixed nuts 1.5 cup
Chia, Flax 3 tsp
Pink salt 1/2 tsp
Honey 1/4 cup
Extra Virgin coconut oil 2 tbsp
1.Mix the ingredients together
2.Pour the mixture in the tray
3.Bake 150c around 20-25mins (Meanwhile you are baking, flip over granola 2-3times to prevent burnt)

ข้าวโอ็ต 1.5 ถ้วย
ถั่วแล้วแต่ชอบ 1.5 ถ้วย
เชีย แฟลก 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เกลือชมพู 1/2 ช้อนชา
น้ำผึ้ง 1/4 ถ้วย
น้ำมันมะพร้าว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ผสมทุกอย่างให้เข้ากัน เทลงในถาด
อบที่150องศา ประมาณ20-25นาที
ขณะอบอย่าลืมกลับกราโนล่า2-3รอบด้วยนะคะ
เดี๋ยวมันจะไหม้
