The chairman of the Jagei community Malual Tap Dieu has today been joined in his office by the members of both national and state legislative assemblies to discuss ways of conducting peace and reconciliation among all citizens of Jagei. The agenda of the meeting was to elaborate on the Jagei Community's peace, reconciliation and healing which is due to happen in the coming days

The Hon. chairman appreciated the MPs for the role they have played in both State and national parliament in advocating for the right of the Community. He furthermore prioritised the ideas of peace and reconciliation. The chairman discussed the best ways to take a proactive function in engaging our community in supporting peace, Unity and forgiveness among themselves. He similarly incorporates the need For peaceful coexistence and an open new era to break the impasse and further signals Jagei leaders to back up the initiative and promote those things that make for peace, denounce what is obstructing the interest of the people and stand tall against those things that threaten peace within Jagei Land.

Jagei Community Association is grateful and gratified for the ways our community has been able to come together this year, whether virtually or in person. Our collective generosity being rendering is something to celebrate from the fresh ordinances of kindness we extend to one another, to the broader acts of liberality that fuel the endeavour of our Association. Jointly as the Community, we make our society an amazing place to be home to blessed people who have born in the Jagei Land.

Although there is uncertainty which continues to be difficult, the community is looking forward to working together as we proceed to unite ourselves and build a robust community. As we encounter these challenges and anticipations, we must adapt each other and every one of us to embrace moments of joy, strengthening ourselves for the personal payment this work can take on us. Chairman of jagei community and Unity State minister of finance and economic planning , Hon. Malual Tap , on the mic yesterday encouraging unity state intellectuals at swearing inauguration ceremony of unity state students's union in the Universities and Higher Institutes at the nile beach hotel.

His major main areas of encouragement;

1- As a vibrant and energetic youths and intellectuals of unity state, you should acquainted yourself with knowledge enough to be able to compete at all institutions, whether be it Government, NGO, NNGO and UN agencies as well.

2- He also stressed on study, where everyone must engaged himself/herself with intensive learning inorder

Jagei as a Community has been existing before the invention of political parties. In that matter, we must live in one accord to rise above those boundaries artificially created by political polarisation. Jagei is big and it accommodates all of us with all our different political affiliations.

That was all about the arrival of the Chairman of the Jagei Community at Juba International Airport this afternoon. The chairman received a very exciting moment from the youth as they are welcoming him at the airport in Juba.

The Chairman of Jagei Community Hon. Malual Tap Dieu has today an exercise walked out on the road linked the capital Bentiu to the Unity oilfield together with his comrades to oversee the progress being made so far.

The chairman of Jagei Community Hon. has this evening joined thousands of people from Unity State -Bentiu assembled at Freedom Hall to witness the inauguration ceremony of newly established boards of Jikany Community Association in Juba today, 26th of February 2022. The event was attended by Hon. Tut Gatluak Presidential advisory on national security affairs, Dr Joseph Manytuil governor of Unity State, Petro Juoy Machar member of Parliament and Many other eminent personalities.

In his keys incredible remark upon his appearance at the podium Hon. Malual Tap Dieu congratulate the new leadership for the trust bestowed upon them by the people of Jikany, he also demonstrated to them that I and the people of Jagei will work closely with you to achieve our fundamental goals which are required to us by the communities since we know it's volunteer work and we must do it as we have agreed on.

furthermore explains the importance of community Association and its nature and he also notified the leadership to work for the benefit of Jikany and put their interests first, unlike undue aspects that can cause disharmony within the community. The chairman emphasises the conformity of our people in the state as well at the grassroots levels. He further advocate for peaceful coexistence among the neighbouring communities and call on two communities to work together in order to encounter problems such as the issue of revenge killing and many factors which are the main challenges, such that the unity of our people will prosper. And exhorted Guit community to maintain love, peace, unity and harmony with one another as they are welcoming the fresh administration.

An appreciation message

The leadership of jagei community Association (JCA) in the Republic Of South Sudan under the wise leadership of Hon Malual Tap Dieu has paid a courtesy visit and meet with H.E the First Vice President of the Republic Of South Sudan Dr. Riek Machar Teny.
This successful and fruitful meeting was attended by fourteen (14) members from the side of JCA, among them is the Chairman of JCA Hon. Malual Tap Dieu, Elder Hon. Rev Mathew Mathiang Deng, Elder Rev Peter Phar Tap, Advisor Gatwich Gatluak, Elder Yuanes Yap Wich, Advisor Nyadual Puot, Information Secretary Jackson Wieh Chuol, Secretary General Ley Thak G*i and others.

The JCA commended and applauded H.E the First Vice President for the tremendous efforts he has put forth in ensuring that our beautiful Country South Sudan is at peace. We reassured H.E the FVP of our Community readiness in supporting and preaching peace within ourselves, our neighbours and the whole Community of South Sudan.

Furthermore the JCA leadership briefed H.E the FVP on the dire Humanitarian situation in Koch County caused by the flooding the has engulfed most parts of Unity State. We presented to him our call for quick and swift response in terms of Humanitarian assistance to the affected population. "Jagei Community like any other Communities in South Sudan are just regaining from the burden inflicted on to them by the political crisis in the country and as such this flooding is increasing their vulnerability which may derail the efforts of resettling the people" the Chairman Tap stressed.
In his part, H.E the First Vice president thanks and appreciated the leadership specially the Chairman Hon. Malual Tap Dieu for visiting him and briefing him on the issues affecting Jagei as Community. He pledges his readiness in supporting Jagei Community in his capacity as the First Vice President and at the same time an elder. He stressed the need for reconciliation and forgiveness amongst the Communities of South Sudan.

Jagei community Association has courtesy visit to the National minister of petroleum Hon Puot Kang Chol in his office today.
The meeting was initiated by the chairman Hon Malual Tap Dieu in order to discuss several issues that mostly affected host community in block A particularly Koch community in Tharjiath Oil field.
In the attended was Amb William Dawud Riak director for protocol in the ministry of foreign affairs and international cooperation, economist Paul Puot Zor former SPOC vice president, James Nguany Keat, Rev Jame Phar Tap, John Gatyiey Kap and Gen Mawich Koat and the many important eminent in the community whom their names haven't mentioned.

Jagei community raise a main concerns that are affecting host community, these include.
First concerns was the devastating flooding which is going on now in Koch county, where lots of people have been displaced in all measures town of Jagei land.
The second was issue under employment of Jagei youth, under social cooperatives benefits that describes the roles of company towards host community and Jagei community elders emphasise on this issue and the scholarship.
Third is the issue of health facilities across the county payams including the repairing of Koch hospital, Mirmir PHCC and Jaak PHCC respectively and the problem of environmental pollution.

Hon Malual emphasise on recent developments story initiate by ministry of petroleum for ordering SPOC to repair the measures roads connecting the host community with THARJIATH Oil field to easy the moment of inhabitants to county headquarter and Payams such as MIRMIR THARJIATH ROAD and KOCH THARJIATH respectively. Chairman also appreciated the minister Hon Puot Kang for this an extraordinary initiated which the community have ever seen for very many years.

In his remarks, Hon Puot Kang Chol appreciate the people of Jagei over he called Humble patientness from Koch community in the situation where their services have have not been delivered for a very long time by SPOC and other actors in the area. And there never been report reaching to the ministry of petroleum about security of staffs unlike other part of the country. added that he and his ministry will work closely with Jagei community in order to address those concerns and fulfill the needs of host community.
Puot encourage people of Jagei to work together and put the interests of Jagei first regardless of political affiliation, so that it will be easy for you to fight the oppressors. He also commenced that the unity of Jagei matter and you have make efforts to unite yourselves.

Boaw has been heavily occupied by water for the second time after last year's flooded and the situation is deteriorating badly, the floodingis scalating. So this needs serous and urgent intervention from humanitarian partners, state government as well as county authority to rescue the communities from deadly diseases.
So far Koch has experiencing serous flooding in all parts of it population and its on till now.
