South Sudan has finished 7th in the East Africa Mathematics Olympiad,
placing it last among participating countries.The regional contest was conducted on 28th May 2026 at the host venue in Kampala, Uganda, where Top secondary school mathematicians from East Africa competed in the Olympiad. The results confirm South Sudan’s 7th, and last position at the Kampala event.
