Mismanagement is mismanagement and that's a failure. Lies can never make the person a successful leader in life.

A letter from co-administrator who also served as a communication officer.
Dear HfH, President, Executive Director Board of Directors, Advisors and Board members,
On 8th February, all the teachers held a meeting to consult Deborah Awut Mayom about the cut of their salaries. In the meeting more questions were directed towards Mrs. Awut which she could not answer all. It was concluded that the teachers are going to write a position letter. John Akot was agreed to chaired teachers voices and shall follow up the communication between the donors and the teachers.
A position letter is not just a list of items but a document with all the challenges that can hinder the mission of educating the youth here in South Sudan. All the teachers contributed to the position letter which was sent to you.
On my personal position, I would like to refer to my mail which I sent to Suzanne M. Wright, the Executive Director on 6th January which stated the challenges we have been going through. What is recent is the deduction of salaries on which I also shared the same voice with my colleagues. At this moment, it's wise to listen to voices on the ground. We want Mrs. Awut to be a good leader at the school. If Mrs. Awut is failing the mission will also fail.

The ears that hears at distance when the eyes have not confirmed anything.
I will make you and the public see it all today and the reasons for the demand.
I took time analysing this but always in a working place accountability weigh transparency and the progress of work.
If someone is being held accountable by many without interest or demand for removal then there's a need.
As an Alumni who know what's going on at HRSS campus. In the next hour I will share all demands and writings of teachers who demanded accountability and all the other failures compared to previous administration. I have all these both hand written and typed. But I personally wants transparent leadership and adequate service delivery for all.
This must end and work at improving quality service delivery at HRSS.

The local beans seller's contact is here in the voucher and if you call him now to come to HRSS, he will not delay because these are customers who can buy 750 Kgs, an equivalent of 15 bags of 50 Kgs foreign beans.

Administrator purchasing local beans for both students and teachers. As evident by the picture, she wasn't ashamed but instead say local beans is the sweetest meal. Is sweetest meal for university graduates? A mind set of a business woman. She says all these because of deficient knowledge in food calories. Foreign beans has more calories than locally available beans which when eaten may makes both students and teachers feel sleepy.
The School Principal always says that Awut and him have divided the school into two because Suzanne do not trust any other person within the school including principal himself who served for 15 years. The division is as follows :
1. Awut to deal with school finances without prior supervision from the school principal.
2. Anthony to deal with academic only not involved in the school finances.
The facts remains that even if you asked Anthony today about school finances he will refer you to Awut or may say I don't know.
Last year our school was left out from DOR schools and faith based schools annual report scheduled yearly at pandoor. It's usually done yearly during the period of Ugandan teachers but ceases immediately when Deborah Awut took over. Why?...............
How can things be budgeted with out prior knowledge of the school principal? This is the reason behind why every year food supplies and other supplies are under budgeted.
Where does the budget go to?

From the reigning champion to collapse.
Hope and Resurrection Secondary School is set to collapse because of the interest of two people who are mutually benefiting from the organisation. Executive director and the administrator of the school ALWAYS PAY a deaf ear to the community when what's being said on the ground is true. Hope for Humanity raised donations from USA to support these children who are offered today with Inadequate services. Sometimes, food supplies and exercise books are always under budgeted every year. This leads to purchase of local beans every year, students share this on social media but it has never been improved. Local beans are purchase from school local collections to cover up the budget which was.....................
