"Every Child for Jesus Christ and A Responsible Citizen of The Nation" Proverbs 22:6. gethsemaneKmi What is GKM?
In every aspect, as seen in the present situations in South Sudan due to the post 21 years of civil conflicts that killed thousands and displaced many which gradually ended finally in 2005 by signing the Comprehensive Peace Agreement and eventually the secession of SOUTH SUDAN in 2011, children spiritually, and physically have faced rough from both their own war-traumatized parents and guardians

Here is a post concerning murder of children from Agel Machar Latest from Juba:
1. The murderer has been arrested.
2. The murderer is the former childless wife of the man whose children have been slaughtered.
3. She was apprehended last evening around 8 to 9 PM.
How it all occurred:
The mother and father of these children both are working class individuals, and normally live their children locked inside the fence and in the room watching television.
But as of recent, there has been construction work going on inside the compound and the builders always come to do their work.
And yesterday while the children were inside as usual, the door of the gate was left open because the builders were coming to work. Unfortunately, they didn't come in time.
The neighbours then saw the former wife of the same house come and entered and then left. No one knew what had happened. But the builders seemed to have come only to collect something from their site only to see blood, and following further, discovered the inhuman incident and called the neighbours.
Of course the guys were also badly beaten but those who saw the woman entered the house and left settled the situation, and the woman was spotted and apprehended.
Actually, that the elder daughter of about 12 years of age tried to escape but the woman stabbed her on the back and then slaughtered her just like her two young sisters.

And the world is silent.........!
Be Warned: The content may be disturbing to some readers.

CHILDREN.
TO BE HONEST, IF there is much problems to bear is because we are the causers especially we, you the elders and parents. From childhood, a child is not taught but to be selfish, rude and unloving. A child is train to isolate non of his colour, tribe, language and more.
Just imagine that the world is change upside down and children are given all the necessary teachings which the Lord God wants us to do so, how much peace will the world own.

17 CHILDREN DIE PER WEEK IN ONE COUNTY DUE TO MALARIA APART FROM BEING KILLED IN THE WAR.
.
PRAYER OF MEDICAL AND FOOD AID NEEDED.
The Commissioner of Lainya County Augustino Kiri said today that children in his county are dying every week due to lack of healthcare in the conflict-affected county.
He said the number of children in the past week that have died could reach 17 and the general number of dead including the elderly people could be higher.
He says security is fairly stable with just some few attacks where gunmen come and shoot then run back.
Lainya, like Yei County and Wonduruba in Central Equatoria State, is experiencing an insurgency that spread after the signing of a peace deal last year. The signing of the peace deal coincided with the removal of two Equatorian governors and a crackdown on dissidents, civil society and media within the Equatorias.
The commissioner said the gunmen are not identified but suggested they could be allied to SPLM/A-IO, which was the main opposition group in South Sudan before splitting into two, with one faction now loyal to the government.
Some insurgents in Equatoria have declared their loyalty to SPLM/A-IO while others have not announced any political platform. The insurgency in Lainya is particularly connected to fighting and alleged abuses against civilians that took place in September last year in neighboring Wonduruba, an area previously claimed by both Lainya and Juba counties.
Church leaders have accused the national army of killing and terrorizing civilians in Wonduruba. Much of the Wonduruba population have fled to Lainya. The Lainya area was also rumored to have been along the escape route of Dr. Riek Machar when he fled Juba last month, with government operations there seeking to capture or kill him.
Augustino says that the last gunshots in the county were heard last Sunday. Other sources report to more recent fighting in neighboring Yei County.
The commissioner decried the humanitarian situation in the county saying it remained dire with no assistance rendered to the people of Lainya.
“These people in Lainya are human beings,” the commissioner said. “I do not know if Lainya is not a priority for the humanitarian community. They are also human beings and deserve assistance. They have right to life.”
Many aid workers have pulled out from South Sudan after violence in Juba last month, which has affected aid operations in the country. Huge amounts of food aid and supplies were looted during the events, allegedly by government troops.

A rare condition is turning a seven-year-old boy's hands and feet into “trees.”
Ripon Sarker from Thakurgaon, Bangladesh is suffering from a rare skin disorder caused by human papillomaviruses, an infection which results in the growth of scaly warts.
The child – who was first affected when he was only three months old - was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for treatment for the first time on August 20. His family couldn't previously afford to pay for the medical attention required.
The warts continue to grow larger on his palm and foot, to the extent that poor Ripon cannot even walk or eat by himself.
Thankfully, doctors are hopeful that his hands and feet are operable as his fingers and toes can still be identified. They explained that the child's family is extremely poor and the boy has lacked the nutrition necessary for his physical development, contributing to the “tree man disease.”

CONFIRMED RECRUITMENT OF CHILDREN IN THE ARMY ON THE RISE
The state education minister, while presenting a report, said abduction and internal wars were key challenges that frequently place children in villages at risk.
“We have problem of child abduction, and this has been going on for many years. We, as the ministry of education, we are against that, because it makes children not to be in learning premises, they don’t stay with the families and it traumatized the children. Families are missing their children for unknown reasons”, said Susan Aluong.
“And recently in Baidit payam, we lost two children to abductors. Because of this, the numbers may increase”, she added.
The education minister was speaking during a conference organised by Save the Children International, focusing on child rights, governance sector, with funding from Save the Children Norway. At least 120 children from four schools within Bor town as well as government officials attended it.
Those in attendance particularly urged the state government to observe children rights and allocate more money in the budget for children affairs and their well-being.
The right to education, life and protection were considered key during the conference.
Most of the children who graced the conference urged the state government to restore peace and stability in the country.
According to the state education minister, however, the ongoing conflict in the country has contributed to the limited learning spaces, while underpayment of teachers makes it difficult for them to deliver much needed services.
“This war has forced the communities to leave their villages, bomas, for town, causing congestions in the town schools. With rights to education, we have to increase teachers’ salaries so that they teach children well,” said the minister.
“The salaries we are giving to the teachers is not really enough to cover the needs of the teachers due to economic crisis we are in now”, she further stressed.
Meanwhile Jonglei state governor, Philip Aguer said the number of abductions that occurred in his state this year was less when compared to what happened last year.
Aguer said he was optimistic concerned governments would stump out all forms of abductions.
“Child abduction is a bad criminal act and it is an act that can be eradicated. Because when you abduct the child, you subject the child to a different orientation. You will be taught how to hide, how to steal and how to do cattle raiding, these are subjecting you to be become an object. Children are human beings, they are not objects”, he said.
The governor further revealed that Jonglei state administration would meet the Boma state government in Gumuruk or Pibor next week to find out ways of halting abductions.
“We are communicating with authorities in Boma state. I am sure we will stop this child abduction. We will have a meeting in Gumuruk, with David Yauyau, and Baba Medan to discuss the issues of child abduction. Yauyau is a changed man after his rebellion and after the peace agreement. Yauyau is helping us to combat child abduction”, he said.

Just read this statement quoted for a photojournalist working for UNICEF South Sudan.
I photographed yesterday children sitting on metal car wheels with no tire on it to listen to their teacher, sitting on engine parts, sitting on buckets, sitting on little stoves that they take to school. And when they bring the stoves home, their mother takes the stoves and cooks them lunch on it.

Many of the people in the country are taking the war and the crisis as opportunities to gain what they are supposed not to. The church land where the orphan's school is under threat by some self imposed young men who claimed to own the land. This has not been the first time for such incident, inasmuch as the church tries to protect, new claims root out. We are therefore pleading for all to knee down for God intervention and pray that the perpetrators surrender their lives to the Almighty and the Owner of everything our God.
