Fellow citizens of Nyirol County, and the Lou Nuer community at large,
This is Hon. Nyang Bol Dak, the Deputy Chairman of SPLM/A-IO in Nyirol County.

I would like to clarify to our people that the recent defection of Gen. Gatkek Tolciek to the SPLA-IG has nothing to do with the leadership or operations of the SPLM/A-IO in Nyirol County. Our movement remains firm, united, and fully committed to the principles of peace, stability, and the vision of our Chairman and Commander-in-Chief, Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon.

Let it be known that the SPLM/A-IO in Nyirol County continues its programs and operations as usual. We are not shaken by individual defections or misleading propaganda.

We have also taken note of the recent statement made by Gen. L*l Ruach Kong, the spokesperson of the SSPDF, claims that Riang, Pading, Nyambor, and Pultruk Payams are under SPLA-IG control.
I want to make it very clear: this statement is completely false, misleading, and dangerous. It is an attempt to create confusion and unnecessary tension among our peaceful communities. We condemn this false statement in the strongest terms possible.

Furthermore, I wish to inform Hon. Bol Makuei is ordered to leave Pultruk Payam immediately.
We, the community of Nyarkuach in general, and Pading in particular, warn that entering Pading or Riang before a clear and peaceful agreement on his departure is reached may lead to bloodshed, something we must all work hard to avoid.

Finally, to the greater Baal-Nyal community, I want to make it clear that we have now understood the deceptive actions of Hon. Bol Makuei, whose behavior has been aimed at dividing our people and stirring internal conflict.
We have chosen unity over division, peace over confrontation, and truth over deception.
We remain determined to protect our communities, uphold our unity, and move forward together under the SPLM/A-IO leadership.

NO PERSONAL ISSUE WITH JACOB DOLLAR BUT IDEOLOGICAL DIFFERENCE:

is my brother and deserves to lead because that's his birth right as a South Sudanese. I don't have any personal issue with him or anyone (from Eastern Jikany Community in SPLM-IG). However, and Co. have chosen to promote injustices, inequalities, marginalization, indignity and all kinds of negative things ag*inst the people of Eatern Jikany (and the whole of South Sudan) that they are supposed to lead to prosperity.

Dollar might not have participated personally in bombing, killing or displacing civilians but this is an ideological war; one ideology strives to control resources of the country and marginalize the general population and the other ideology seeks to promote development, rule of law and prosperity for all in South Sudan. Dollar chose the former and I chose the later thus pitting us unsuitable to match.

MESSAGE TO EATERN JIKANY COMMUNITY:

Dear my beloved community, Jacob Dollar may sweet-talk you into believing that he is different from other SPLM-IG members and he is coming to take you out of suffering. He would promise you heaven and even give you a bit of it but let me assure you gaa, a small snake 🐍 is as dangerous as a big snake 🐍. If you allow him to even talk to you, he would use that opportunity to hurt you further. I beg you my beloved community, don't allow Dollar to talk to you because he was sent to put the final nail on your coffin.
