JUST IN,
The Central Equatoria State Electoral Committee has published a final ballot paper for eligible candidates ahead of tomorrow's Election. The delegates are required to tick in the circle ⭕️ next to the candidate of his/her choices as pictures attached.
Ticking incorrectly, out or not within the circle ⭕️ means the vote is misrepresenting in the final counts, which will be counted as invalid.
Therefore, the Electoral committee strictly advises the delegates/voters to clearly demonstrates on how ballots paper are to be correctly tick.
