Serving you through my term has been one for the greatest honors of my life, together we built more than just an association, we created a space for our culture, our voices and stories.

Together with my colleagues, we faced challenges, celebrated wins and reminded the world that Bor talent is power.

I want to thank my team, the general assembly of Bor community artists union (BCAU), The IEC team led by Ustaz Chol Ruben Maken for conducting a peaceful, transparent transition. Brother Ruben, you served with integrity and I deeply appreciate your efforts.

To my chairman Senior Manaar and the new executive body, I hand you over the office with confidence. Protect the unity of our members, Put our union first and maintain our top level of organization, keep our doors open to every Bor son and daughter. I trust your abilities in service delivery for this is not the first public office you’ve served in. I’ll always be available for any necessary assistance.

To my dear member of BCAU, when one of us shines, Bor shines. The best of Bor will continue to rise.

Appreciation Message to the South Sudanese Community in Kampala

To my dear South Sudanese family in Kampala,

I stand today with a heart full of gratitude.
Thank you for showing up in your numbers for “The Best of Mawer’Kueth” and turning the IUEA Auditorium into a piece of home. From the moment I stepped on stage and saw the sea of faces elders, youth, mothers, fathers, and friendsI knew this wasn’t just another concert. It was a reunion, a celebration of who we are and where we come from.

Your cheers, your dancing, your singing along to every song gave me strength and reminded me why I started this journey. You didn’t just attend a show, you carried the spirit of South Sudan into that hall. The way you united as one people, beyond clans and communities, is exactly the message Mawer’Kueth music carries.

A special thank you to the community leaders, the youth groups, and everyone who mobilized, shared the posters, and brought their families out. To the brothers and sisters who traveled from Nairobi, Juba, overseas and across Kampala just to be there your sacrifice does not go unnoticed.

This night belonged to you as much as it belonged to me. You gave the artists, DJs, MCs, and the organizing team the energy to deliver our best. We felt your love, and we will carry it forward.

Mawer’Kueth abɔ̈. This is only the beginning. I promise to keep working hard to represent our culture, tell our stories, and give you shows you can be proud of.

This is a call for all performing artists, DJs, MCs, and the organizing team of The Best of Mawer’Kueth show.

We’ll be having a sound check and full run-through tomorrow to make sure everything is set for a smooth event.

📅 Date: Tomorrow (16th May-2026)
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM sharp
📍 Venue: IUEA Auditorium

What we’ll cover:
Sound and mic checks for all performers and DJs
Stage positioning and cues for MCs and artists
Final coordination with the organizing team on timing and logistics

Please arrive on time and come prepared with any tracks, instruments, or materials you need.
