Green power electric is currently seeking a dedicated, detail oriented, and highly organized Receptionist that will coordinate front-desk activities. The receptionist is responsible for projecting a positive public and community image of Green power at all times, as well as, handling all administrative/clerical tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly. Will work in conjunction with office staff in a fast paced environment.



Responsibilities:
•Answer and direct all incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner. Screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.

•Distribute and sort incoming mail/packages promptly, and handle outgoing mail.
•Greet and direct visitors.
•Maintain the appearance of the lobby and conference room at all times.
•Book conference rooms as needed.
•Manage video conference equipment.
•Keep office and project directory updated and distributed at all times.
•Coordinate and support other office assistants in any overflow of responsibilities.
•Project a positive public and community image of Green power electric at all times.
•Word processing and data input as required.
•Maintain office supplies, materials, and equipment, ordering and scheduling maintenance as necessary.

•Additional administrative/clerical tasks assigned by Office Management.

Qualifications

•Must have excellent computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) typing 50+WPM.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, able to multi task, meet critical deadlines with eye for accuracy and attention to details.
•Excellent customer-service skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people in a respectful and helpful manner
•Resourcefulness and the ability to achieve goals independently.
•Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization.
•Previous work experience preferred.
•Good organizational skills.
•Good communication skills.
