THE LEADERSHIP INSIGHTS FOR TODAY

1. The older you grow in service, the less you should strive to control. One of the most profound lessons I learned from observing lions is this: true leadership means stepping back to make space for others to rise.

Lions are not just mighty hunters they are wise teachers. Like leopards, they provide for their young at first, but lions take it a step further. They involve their cubs in the hunt from an early age, regardless of their size or skill. They don't wait until the cubs are "ready"; they train them by trusting them. This is leadership: not hoarding power, but sharing it; not clinging to relevance, but creating successors.

2. Leadership is giving space and guidance to the next generation. The young may lack years, but they possess something invaluable: fresh eyes, bold ideas, unshaped potential. They are not just the future; they are today's source of renewal and innovation.

Great organizations thrive where experience guides insight. Experience belongs to the older generation; insight often emerges from the younger. Wisdom alone is not enough, and raw creativity needs roots. When these two forces meet experience and fresh perspective transformation happens.

3.Today, your leadership is only as excellent as the space you create for new ideas to breathe. Systems evolve. The world changes. Great leaders don’t fight change by resisting it they shape it by gathering fresh minds and empowering them.

If you're holding the seat of influence, ask yourself not how long you can stay there, but how well you can prepare others to take it. Legacy isn't what you build for yourself it's what you build in others.

Captain Ibrahim Traore is on the move to build five courts and two prisons that will deal with corruption!

In his words:

"It doesn’t exclude me, if I am found guilty, put me in! Corruption is the first cancer that my government will eliminate and it will soon be history. To those, who still think that embezzling our resources will make them champions, think twice because Burkina Faso will never celebrate thieves!”

My dream last night, African was united and Ibrahim Traore was seated in his office at the capital city of Africa (Nairobi Kenya) as a president I saw Donald Trump coming to seek some loans from the African Central Bank (ACB) but he just left without borrowing the money 💵 after he realized Julius Malema was the Minister of finance.

“When African leaders get into office, they buy expensive automobiles & private jets like this. We don’t use that money to equip our hospitals with medicines to heal the sick. But we want Americans taxpayers to buy us medicines through USAID.

Leaders galavanting with a convoy of 70 2025 Toyota Land Cruisers but owing China and World Bank.

Please help me define a fool”

“Immediately the news of China donating some tons of rice to Burkina Faso went viral, 16 African countries have written to our government to also extend the gestures to them!

The thing is, China donated that to Burkina Faso as a way of boosting the morale of Ibrahim Traore who has never written to us for loans ever since he came to power and that is commendable of him.

You cannot be owing China huge debts and expect gifts of rice!”

— Chinese Presido and Point One Xin Jinping reveals massive turn up of African corporate beggars of rice flooding his government after the news of his kind gestures to Burkina Faso went viral!

Moral: My Country leaders should know that self reliance attracts respect. Wa shukran 🙏🙏🙏

"When you look at Africa, its one of the most peaceful continents that God has blessed. The confl!cts we see among ourselves are largely because Eur0peans have planted seeds of division that continue to affēct us today.

We should ask ourselves: why don't we see Eur0peans hāting each other the way we often see among Africans? It is because they have intentionally set us against one another. They taught us to hāte our own brothers and sisters, while they remain united to conquer us.

It is rare to witness such division among them.
We must recognize this, stop the hātred, and work together to build a better Africa."

~ President Ibrahim Traore
