JICA Senior Vice President Nakamura met with Minister of Road and Bridges, Hon. Simon Mijok Mijak, Minister of Transport, Hon. Madut Biar Yol, Minister of Environment and Forestry, Hon. Josephine Napwon Cosmos and Minister of Health, Hon. Yolanda Awel Deng, in Tunis, where TICAD8 was held.
In the meeting, South Sudan side expressed their gratitude for Freedom Bridge and other Japanese cooperation.
Both sides confirmed the importance of peace, stability and spreading the benefits of development throughout the country.
