Liverpool have reportedly been handed a major fitness boost with the news that Thiago Alcantara is poised for an imminent return to training.

The Spain international is a key part of Liverpool’s midfield, but has been missing through injury at the start of this season, while Fabinho also missed the start of the campaign, and Naby Keita also remains sidelined.

Still, it now seems that Liverpool fans can expect Thiago to be back in training tomorrow, according to The Athletic, and Reds fans will hope he can soon be ready to play and give their season the lift it needs.

It’s not been the best start to the season for Liverpool, but the return of Alcantara, with the quality of his passing and creativity on the ball could make a big difference.

THINK ABOUT YOUR LIFE.

It ends here
All the gragra, from eighthen to eighty
From morning to night
Sunday to Monday
January to December

It ends here
That seductive skin
That oval face that turns every man on
That flamboyant dress
That charming and elegant body

It ends here
That exotic cars
That intelligence
That fifty degrees
That beautiful wife
That fine children

My friend it ends here
That fame which you seek most
That luxurious life
That "upon all my wealth"
That "do you know who I am?"

It ends here
That I am not your mate?
I am richer than you
I am beautiful
Many boys woo me
Infact girls fight to have me

It all ends here
That your good poem
Your power of algebra
Your good English
Your all round best

It is just matter of time
But it is a must
Painful truth to accept
6ft awaits all
That is where it all ends

So you have nothing
You are greater than none
Stop behaving as you are a god
In a twinkling of an eye
All will go into thin air..

Humble yourself !!!!
From dust to dust

Note: I don't own the copyright of the article you have just read. I only downloaded, from Google, the picture and attached it because the picture I found with it was very disturbing. I am searching for the author.

Thank you!!

Do not judge a book by its cover!!

I attended one PhD exit seminar at BSU and the student dressed this way to the presentation. The lecturers were all angry at him and began to rain insults. He stood crying as they said horrible things about him.

When they were done, he began "Standing before you today that I am defending my PhD Thesis is a miracle no one else can do except God. Today is the most special day of my life and I know I have to look my best. I actually did, I wore my best cloths. Standing before you is the son of a very wealthy man whose parents died in a motor accident when he was 9 years old and in primary 4. His late parents left him with 2 younger sisters. The eldest was 6 while the youngest was 4 when they died. All my parents had, was inherited by my father's younger brother and he threw us out of the house. There was no one to run to. We survived it and I promised myself, me and my sisters must get the best of education.

I went to a community school in Ushongo where I work on people's farms in the evening to feed my sisters and later worked in the construction site to make sure they both attended and graduated at Federal Government Girls college Gboko. My sister's sold fried yam and ice fish in Gboko and saw me through school in Uni Agric Makurdi. When I graduated, I thought a job will come and our lives will change. That didn't happen and my sisters insisted I go for M.Sc. I finished my programme at the University of Ilorin in 2017 came here for the scholarship while also insisting my sisters take their JAMB and enroll into the university. Yes, we have God fighting for us and they all passed and are admitted here in BSU. The eldest is in Geography while her kid sister is in Law. The load is all on me. Many of you my lecturers may not even know me because I am not always in class. The little I make goes for their school fees, feeding and accommodation. They have made sacrifices for me and I owe them this education. Profs., Drs, pls pardon me. I know where designer suits are sold in Modern Market but I have to appear before you this way because my sisters would drop out of this university if I do...."

Everyone was shocked and heads down. A lady Doctor couldn't hold her tears. She had to stop him from telling his story and asked the sisters should pack into her house in town no one is occupying since she is staying in the Staff Quarters.

The guy defended his Thesis perfectly and everyone in the hall stood up clapping for him and admiring his strength, courage and resilience.
Stories behind many looks will shock us. As this brings some of us to tears, please promise right now and say it, "Henceforth, I will not judge anyone by his or her appearance because I do not know their story". Reading things like these should inspire change in us to help as much as we can, make sacrifices for people around us. It makes life worth living.

PRIDE, INHUMAN IN PEOPLE

In the street , you find a _poor woman_ with a _baby_ at her back.. you lower your car window and with a military command voice you asked her:

How much are you selling those bananas and oranges? The poor seller politely reply..
ssp1000 for a bunch of _bananas_ and 1500 for a pack of oranges with pride you demand the bunch of bananas at 700 and the pack of oranges 900 or else you will leave
The poor seller resign to fate and reply,

" Take them at the price you want ".. I have not made any sale today at least i have something for supper now.

She has made a loss but she goes further to buy a _plastic bag_ for you to pack two items you've bought.. You order her to _hurry up_ otherwise you may change the mind.. She _apologises_ and with a _smile_ she gives you the items and she blesses you for promoting her.
You literally throw the _money_ at her and you _speed_ away leaving behind a cloud of smoke which causes a bit of _discomfort_ to her and the baby.. She is coughing while securing her little money. Her poverty has left her with no choice.

You have now arrived at the beautiful hotel (restaurant) where you are to meet *friends* and you ask them to order _food_ and _drinks_ of their choice.. Thy order expensive _food_ __ and the _leftovers_ are more than the food they have eaten.
The total bill is #100 or even more and you pay without bargaining .. you give a tip of $200 appreciating the _waiter_ for a _delicious meal_ which you didn't eat half of it.
This incident might _seem quite_ *normal* to you but its inhuman

The point is
Why do we always show that we have bargaining power when we _buy_ from the poor?
Why do we become arrogant when _buying_ from the poor?
Why do we become stingy when _buying_ from the vulnerable?
Why do we show generosity to those who do not even _need_ our generosity?
Why do we become polite when _buying_ from the _rich_ who view our money as _mere_ change?
Why do we channel our money to a sea of money?

WHY DINKA MEN ARE NOT ROMANTIC!

The other gender has been complaining how unromantic we are on beds but since we are losing our girls to the foreigners have me to break the silence on what's behind our poor romance.

Dinka girls like wrestling too much when in bed with a man. Once you approach her romantically to remove her clothes, she becomes strong like a lioness defending her cubs from an enemy with her hands intercepting the supposedly romantic hands that would remove the clothes.
When it comes to bed affairs, no man can beat his chest and say that he can undress a dinka girl by force.
You would see the face changing gloomy like a child who has been deprived of "Grandma" uttering words in a serious mood
" if you don't stop, I won't undress myself".

Because of our feelings that drive and make us their slaves during that short time, we have to stop and just use words, begging them to undress.
That's where the feeling of supremacy comes to a typical dinka girl if a man humble himself and beg her like a politician lobbying for a seat from president Kiir.
After she voluntarily undresses herself, she lies dead like a log, covering her face shyly in a disguise shame of having given you a hard time.

Now, what should we do after this perpetual fight?
We just enter our "Rakuba" that's built with "Mushema" just to cope up with the conditions she wants.

The reason for believing foreigners are more romantic is because you don't wrestle with them.
If you girls don't stop wrestling, you will never get a romantic dinka man.
I know your illusive believe of being called" Aguec" is what prevents you from doing all the foreplay.
But you keep criticizing men for what they're not responsible for.

Stop Wrestling And We Will Be Romantic!

Meaning of 'Ëe Ngü Guëc Moor?'

In the time immemorial, in the present day Rumbek, there was a man who got married to a beautiful lady. Just like an angel, the beauty of this woman was unquestionable in the whole village as well as the nearby villages. She was a type of a girl every man would never allowed to pass without stealing a glance or two if she passedby.

On the other side, this young man who later became a husband to this adorable girl, was also a village champion. He was a tall, handsome guy who was also known of being the best hunter for he had strong muscles, well built and a gaint of the village during his time.

The duos were from the same village but didn't know themselves. With their physics coupled with families lineage, their names were the talk of the village. One afternoon, in a conversation of the peers, the name of this girl in question, popped up for discussion. This young man paid keen attention to all the beautiful adjectives being used to describe this particular girl. Silently, he developed an interest for he wanted to marry himself the most beautiful girl in this village.

In the following morning, the young man took the direction of her village. When he reached, he asked people he met to show him the direction of the said girl's whereabouts. With no hesitation, he was shown and subsequently presented himself. Few days later, the village champions ended up marrying themselves.

At initial, they lived a happy life. Their village life was the happiest of all. In a short while, this newly wedded woman got pregnant. The man overjoyed after finding it out.

Before the happiness reached its climax, things fall apart in the middle. This young man who turned husband died a premature death leaving behind the woman he loved so much with unborn baby. To the ears of the whole village, it was a shocking news.

With all the hardships and loneliness, this woman endured her nine months pregnancy. Finally, in one of the agony night, she gave birth. The baby was a boy. Inwardly, she celebrated for giving birth to a male child to replace the vacuum left behind by her demised beloved husband and to carry on the family lineage.

The mother singlehandedly brought up this child. The boy had a good care though the parental care wasn't full for there was no father on the other side. To him, his mother was the whole world.

At adolescent age, he was still sleeping with his mother on the same bed. Just like the delicate eggs, he was being taken care of. As nature required, during his wild nights, the boy messed up with his mum. She didn't resist for she wanted not to disappoint the only child. Like the son like the father, the boy did the work of his late father perfectly and the Mum, though with mix reactions, enjoyed for he was like his father on bed and she badly missed this Dukwara game for quite a long time. As it became the routine of every night, slowly, the stomach of the mum began protruding. The neighbourhoods got wonder of what was exactly happening when she was known of having no husband.

Out of eagerness, the boy's peers, while hanging out, kept on asking him 'Ee Ngu Guec Moor Muony?' This sarcastic inquiry came out of curiosity for something unusual, that became the talk of the village, was seen in his Mum.

'This boy slept with his mother after the death of his father" became the common saying among his peers and the whole village. When the young man, who turned husband, to his own mum, kept on hearing from his peers 'Ee Ngu Guec Moor', he investigated of what was happening and the true meaning of this saying. When he learned that what he did was a taboo, he chose a desperate journey to the north in order to change his identity. He left without informing anyone including his own mother and to a far distant believe today to be in any of the villages in the present day Warrap.

In his absence, the mother gave birth to an adorable baby girl. Her beauty, more than her mum, was beyond description. The young girl grew up without knowing her father. She didn't bother to ask not until she kept being scorned by her compeers. With her beauty that supposedly attracted people towards her, she always felt out of place in the group. She suffered isolation.

When she heard that her mum broke the sacred of sleeping with her own son, she left her way and went afar for she believed to be an outcast. With desperation, while casting her, she left her mum behind and the whole village to unknown destination in search of what would become her true north.

Accidentally, she met with her brother who gave birth to her in that new place. Unknowingly, given the beautiful figure she carried, this man got attracted to her and subsequently felt in love. In a short while, they got married to each other in their true north.

The life of this disgraceful family after 'Ee Ngu Guec Moor's desperate journey and their family lineage now in Warrap, will be addressed in the next episode.
