Tea of the week: Elaichi Chai
Did you know that chai literally means “tea” in Hindi and several other South Asian languages?
Elaichi Chai can help to relieve stress and can also help to fight inflammation in the body. The cardamom in this tea can be helpful as an antibacterial to fight oral bacteria resulting in fresh breath.
