THE PRESENTATION OF PROJECT
The project will lay on a surface of 500 m2
The NAFI residence is a construction project of an R+4 building of approximately 250 m2 with an accessible upper terrace, located at Les Almadies behind Dakar Airport. It is composed by :
• On the ground floor, we have:
a parking spaces, a shop for trade, a studio and a gatehouse or caretaker's lodge
• 4 apartments and 4 studios, one apartment and one studio per level.
• A stairwell providing access to the different floors.
The NAFI residence is a luxury building with modern architecture based on the enhancement of living space and an optimal supply of light. The arched plans are produced by the technical direction of SENPOLYCONS, which is carrying out several major projects in Dakar.
Each apartment has
A 35m2 lounge
A master bedroom of 20 m2 accompanied by a dressing room and a bathroom
Two 13 m2 bedrooms
A guest toilet and a public bathroom
An 11 m2 kitchen
Each studio consists of:
A 20m² living room
A room of 13 m²
A 6m² bathroom
A guest toilet of 2.6m²
A 9 m² kitchen
After our technical considerations, we have proposed a package which is about seventy-five million.

THE PERTINENCE OF PROJECT

After our statistic investigations, the sponsor will nearly gain eight hundred thousand CFA monthly.
