Community Based Participatory Planning
The right to life and liberty which are the gateway to the enjoyment of all human rights are known and exercise by all persons from birth. This is why human rights are referred to as natural, fundamental, inherent and inalienable.
Poor or marginalized communities remind sidelineded and powerless and in some cases appear to be worst off while our rights are enshrined into the National constitution yet we do not experience benefits from those rights and therefore as human rights activist - the question is what needs to be done beyond laws and legal reforms to ensure that rights and entitlements are available and accessible to all.
