Role of Major groups
Individuals, groups and organizations need to know about and participate in environmental and development decisions, particularly in those which can affect their communities. For people to informed decisions national governments should give them access to all relevant information on environment and development issues.

Work with the poor and oppressed not for them. Help them to understand analyze, plan, carry out but do do it for them. They have the right to object expert advice and to make mistakes. Development occurs from within the people's own understanding of their needs and rights. Hence they must decide the major issues and their basic needs and how, to get them.

Sustainable development goals 2030 also known as the radical plan for humanity is a call to action to end poverty, protect the environment and make sure people enjoy peace and prosperity and this can only happen with their full and active participation in the process and therefore warrant for the opening up of opportunities in vulnerable rural communities for their participation in the process.

The COVID19 has ravaged the Nations of the world and the impact is affecting the lives f vulnerable groups, children,women,aged,and physically challenged.wirh the inter district lockdown now progress which will last for two weeks will have devastating effect on the daily living of these groups as prices of basic necessities is sky rocketing making it difficult for these to have a means of livelihoods hence the need for government and her Development partners to support these groups through cash transfer/social protection.

Violence is not always considered a manifestation of sexual expoiltation and abuse and in many Communities local customs legitimise sexual exploitation and abuse and other forms of Gender Based Violence.To end this it is critical that donors and governments support Programs that challenge preconceived ideas about gender, sexual violence and GBV.

Social order demands a promotion of positive values,such positive values are those that produce welfare goals-To improve living standards,eradicate disease and famine and provide human values.

Obstacle to Development
There are many obstacles that prevent people from developing as they ought to be,one of these obstacles is paternalism.
